Beachfront holiday rental in Negril

Before my trip, I was a bit unsure about how this reservation would turn out because of a weird encounter with another host (Yourie) who I originally booked a reservation with that had the exact same images listed as Fantasea. I’m still not quite sure what was behind that entire situation, but once I reached out to Tina she was very responsive and informed me that she was in fact the owner of this unit. I was very happy with my stay. It’s a very comfortable place in a convenient location. There is security and the property was very peaceful and serene. It made you feel like you were at a small private resort of your own. The wifi was a bit unstable at times especially if I had to use more than one device at a time, but other than that everything else was just fine. Tina’s assistant checked on me periodically to make sure everything was okay, and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is interested in having a more local experience in Negril and for longer term stays.

Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

It is everything we hoped for, and more. Access to everything. We had a car so we didn't experience the very frequent taxi opportunities down to the beach. We loved the pool and the peace and the trees and all of the sounds, music playing til late from other venues nearby, we were nestled within it all in a beautiful tropical mini paradise. And we were looked after by Elaine and Alicia, thank you ladies! Lovely time all round!

Had an amazing stay, and the rental car was a great bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

This was our first time traveling to Jamaica. Brenda was extremely helpful with directing us to where to rent a vehicle. She was extremely responsive when we had to check in earlier than expected without any hesitation. The location is beautiful, peaceful, private and a rock’s throw from the swimming pool and private beach. There was plenty of space for our family of four and long lasting hot water for showers. We are already planning our next trip back to Negril and we will book with Brenda again. Brenda, Thank you for hosting our family and making our vacation comfortable and memorable forever!

Great place! This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time! Philip is always great and accommodating! I also left my credit card there by accident and the cleaning crew/ Phillip were very honest and let me know I left it . I asked them to cut it up and throw it away and they did just that! I highly recommend staying here as I’m sure I’ll be back again!

Our trip to Negril as “locals” on vacation was amazing. Felicia thought of everything we’d need from lunch kits to bring food on the beach to a whole storage drawer with games of all ages. There were even fishing rods and complimentary coffee. This was a Blast. She made some amazing recommendations which saved us Tons of money especially with food delivery. If in doubt, send her a text or give her a call. We will be back and for longer next time, we can’t get enough of that view and the pristine beach and aquatic life. See you soon Fel

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Jamaica, we have stayed at all inclusive hotels , regular hotels, Airbnb’s, this apartment was by far in the top 3 of places we have stayed we had an amazing vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It did not disappoint. It was very quiet all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would return without hesitation. We had a car so getting around was easy. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car or having a driver. They provided us with snacks water and flavored red stripe, it was a pleasant surprise. The red stripes are delicious. We are very particular, so I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be. It did not disappoint at all! We were very impressed. AC was perfect, water pressure great! Bed super comfortable all linens were clean. TV was great, plenty of options. Views from the balcony wonderful. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean. Great home!

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

Ricardo's condo unit was lovely. More spacious than pictures show and A/C in both bedrooms and living area was perfect. The fact each bedroom had a full bath was ideal. It was a very quiet, safe, locked community with excellent security. We were 3 senior citizen women who felt safe and found the walk to Doctor's Cave beach doable. There is a small grocery market on the walk to the beach with a friendly, helpful proprietor. you'll need a ride to a typical US size market. Only suggestions I could make would be for Ricardo to have some kitchen supplies such as plastic wrap, and some spices/sugar. Also a few mixing bowls would be helpful. It is difficult if you cook to have to buy most everything or have limited kitchen utensils. Salt and pepper was provided. We also did not use the washer/dryer as it is not a listed amenity, but did use the clothesline. We would stay again. In addition ask Ricardo for Pete Morgan's transportation contact. He is reliable and friendly as a driver.

I had a wonderful time at Ruel's place. It was lovely, the apartment is homey and comfortable. The thoughtfulness of the light refreshment and treats was a wonderful surprise. The apartment is a few steps from a private beach or if you want to soak in the pool! Ruel is very responsive and helpful! Highly recommended!!!

Amazing experience, amazing service would definitely book again

Ruth's place is definitely a home away from home, and is exactas advertised. Just beautiful. I loved being able to sit on the balcony under the beautiful night sky. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Anchor! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home. The listing was exactly as described—no surprises here, just pure relaxation and comfort. The unit was very very clean and the grounds were peaceful with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep. Checking in and out was a breeze. The security at the entrance was very helpful. Dawn was the perfect host, always responsive, friendly, and eager to help with any questions or recommendations. Her suggestions for local activities, like snorkeling and kayaking, were spot on and added such a memorable touch to my trip. The clear waters and vibrant marine life made for an unforgettable snorkeling experience! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. The combination of stunning surroundings, top-notch amenities, and Dawn's warm hospitality made this stay truly exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend!

My name is ClifTon Brooks and I just wanna say that I have a wonderful time staying at Tanya‘s place,it was more than what I expected and the beach and pool was a bonus lot of restaurants was right there in the middle of everything.. A++++

What stood out to me was that the house was well equipped, the kitchen had coffee, creamer, sugar and other basics for cooking. Washer and dryer worked very wel. ACs excellent

My stay at Coco Garden was the perfect beginning to my solo travel journey. A hidden gem in a high-tourism area, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant life, where every day feels like a fairytale. Kimberly was a very responsive and helpful host. Zenie was always nearby, available to assist, and made sure I had a perfect stay. Claudette was very warm and attentive, always ready to help, and she kept my space spotless and tidy, so when I returned from the beach, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Coco Garden is located in the tourist area of Seven Mile Beach. Just cross the street, and you’re at the beach. There’s a big HiLo supermarket nearby, perfect for buying supplies, cooking at home, and saving money on restaurants. I would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay! Place is exactly like the pictures & enjoyed having this space to call home for a week. Having the full kitchen was a great addition & was equipped with everything needed for my stay. Communication with the host was speedy & Bella was very informative. Looking forward to returning m!!
