The convenience that comes with staying at Gene's place for it being near to other essential establishments such as malls, park, stores, restaurants, etc. only comes second to Gene's attention to his guest. He is proactive, responsive, and understanding. I will definitely book the same unit when I'm around. All places I wanted to go to were walking distance from the building—very ideal location for a solo traveller who wants to be able to roam around the city.

Korina’s place feels like home the first time we set foot in it. It has a very cozy vibe and it has almost everything that we need in a home. Korina is also very responsive in my inquiries and the staff in the condo are very polite and accommodating. We will definitely book again the place on our next visit to iloilo city.

I really the love place. The location is perfect if you want to relax. You can habe zumba and early morning jog as the place is near a boardwalk. It is also clean. We have eveeything that we need for our entire stay.

There was a bit of confusion at the lobby with the staff on duty—they didn’t have clear info on things like trash disposal or how to handle adding an extra guest. That said, I want to emphasize that this wasn't the fault of the hosts, who were always quick to help and clearly care a lot about their guests' experience. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again!

Had a perfectly peaceful stay here, the apartment is even better than what the already beautiful pictures show. Would definitely recommend this for those looking to getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It may be a little ways from the beach but is no problem if you have a vehicle.
