The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even brought us over a mini karaoke set when we mentioned hearing karaoke next door. The pool was refreshing, and it’s a super short drive into town. Highly recommend especially if you’re renting a car.

Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The highlight was definitely the balcony, offering breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset over the sea horizon. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the natural beauty. Phillip's home is really a home away from home. It is very spacious and contains basic needs. The kitchen is almost complete and we were able to cook our meals. This is a huge plus as we are a group on a budget. Kuya Greg was also very helpful to us and always asks if we need something. This place is around 15 minutes away from the airport and if perfect if you want to move away from the noisy city. Highly recommended and will book again when I go back to Iloilo.

This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Location and service was great. Come prepared with white noise because the traffic outside is loud all day and night which is common for the city. Owner is very responsive and helpful, along with their team.

The people whom we were in contact with was a first a win for this place 💯 Ms. Therese was super kind to give us a good deal with our stay. Her assistant was very responsive to our queries and requests, we did not have a hard time looking for the place since instructions given was so clear; not to mention, she was asking in communication so that we would have the best stay. Ma'am Mona, the caretaker was super welcoming and warm, her presence felt like home. The place, i would say, is the best i have stayed in. It was a total package and had everything you would want and need for an AirBnb. Our favorites were the kitchen, the big bathrooms, and the entertainment (board games and the PS4) -- not an ounce of boredom during our stay! Bonus were the 4 dogs; all so friendly, kind, and clingy 🥹 We hope to come back in the future! And will definitely recommend to friends and family who will be going to Moalboal.
