I highly recommend Mae’s place. From the moment you step in, it feels like home. The space is clean, peaceful, and the condo staff are incredibly friendly. Mae was also very proactive and responded quickly to all our messages, which made everything even smoother. Our favorite part? The cozy coffee kiosk in the lounge and the breathtaking view of Cebu City through the massive window. Such a perfect spot to unwind!

Maricar is an exceptional host, and her place was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful home just steps away from shops and restaurants. She was quick to respond to our questions and even referred us to a great parking spot. I especially appreciated the muted, tasteful decor. It’s calming and not overwhelming. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had all amenities we needed. It was also very accessible to shops, and restaurants. The host was very responsive and considerate with our requests.

enjoyed staying there for 4 days-3 nights. aircon is well. wifi is fast. it has netflix. we maximized the pool and gym. it has glade, you can always freshen up the place when you leave. i just think it would be great to include bath robes and more towels for the guests.

Had a great stay-Mary Grace is a fantastic hostess-very responsive and helpful. The place is a real vibe-exposed brick, great layout and nice furnishings make it very homey. Highly recommended!

I give more than 5 stars, as I give kudos to Ms Sheila as she never fails to impress and give excellent customer service 24/7 The place is such a cozy sophisticated spot to stay as it gives a home warmth vibe that makes you feel at ease. At the same time giving my unwavering gratification to Ms Sheila the owner as she is hands on and responsive. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends !

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

It was already my 3rd time staying at Irene's place and it never disappoints. Near everything,has big and safe parking area, unit was clean, you can watch netflix all day, and Ms. Irene was very accomodating and friendly.

Loved my stay here! This Airbnb is spacious, cute, and comes with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the honesty store was a brilliant touch (and much needed with no close convenience store!). Felt very safe as a solo female. Super comfy and fast internet. Only minor downside was some hallway noise. Highly recommend for a comfy and convenient stay!

Martin’s place was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic locatio. It right beside the River Esplanade and close to Molo Plaza, with Festive Walk and SM Iloilo also within easy reach. The unit had a spacious layout, a nice vibe, and a lovely view of the river that we really enjoyed. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Martin responded quickly and got it resolved without hassle. He also has a great list of nearby food spots and attractions if you’re looking for local recommendations. Overall, a great stay and would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel’s place! The unit is cozy, tastefully decorated, and exactly like the photos—no surprises, which we appreciated. It felt welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. Rachel was super responsive and always quick to reply, which made communication easy and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in certain corners of the unit, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t working remotely or streaming heavily. Overall, it was a great stay—clean, stylish, and in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The place matched the description well. Clean beddings, a lovely infinity pool, and free parking which was super convenient. However, during the night, there was noticeable “thug thug” music, likely from a nearby bar, which might bother light sleepers. The host took some time to reply, possibly due to being busy, but overall the stay was decent. Would recommend for those who don’t mind a bit of nighttime noise.

The place is conveniently located in IT Park, right across from Ayala Central Bloc Mall. We've stayed in a few other Airbnbs in the area, and this tower was by far the nicest. The gym was well-equipped and air-conditioned—a rare find. The unit itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The host was responsive and kindly allowed us to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything worked well, and we had a very comfortable stay.

I had an amazing experience with my partner and the place was spectacular, it felt like a whole new world. This place was filled with all your needs from utensils, to toothbrush kits, to towels and extra pillows. My only complained was that the blanket that we slept with had a unique smell where it was clean but wasn’t dried properly. Other than that I highly recommend this airbnb to all of those who are looking for a nice spot in cebu where all the places are walkable. Thanks for the service. Hope to book again 😊
