John was very responsive from pre-booking until we arrived at the place. He gave recommendations as to where we can buy some groceries, transportation and what places to visit in the area. The house was clean. There are cooking utensils, condiments, water heater and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely, the place is perfect for a quick timeout from city life. It is a bit far and requires a lot of transfers (if you prefer to save) yet it is worth it. Time in the island is so slow and you can visit a lot of places, take time swimming, snorkeling and visit the Punta Buluarte lighthouse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Don and Grace’s place for 20 days — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. I’m currently preparing for a bikini fitness competition and follow a very strict diet. Don went out of his way to accommodate my needs — he even built a grill area after I mentioned it! The internet connection is excellent, perfect for remote work. I had several online meetings without any issues. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were 2–3 people and it was just right, but it can definitely accommodate more. It’s quiet at night, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. The local fish market is a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are small stores nearby for everyday needs. There were thoughtful extras included, like coffee, drinking water, and more — things you really appreciate during a long stay. The peaceful mornings by the river were absolutely priceless. Don and Grace are incredibly responsive. We would love to go back again soon! Highly recommended!

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

The hosts are very responsive and thankful that they did all their best for us to be able to check in 2 hours earlier even when there was guests prior our reservation. The place is great and highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Charlotta’s property and feel so grateful we found it (and at such last minute!). The property is beautiful, modern and clean, and is located right on the beachfront. It’s in a quieter area, around 40 minutes from the port, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the whole island. They even arranged for their driver - lovely Leo - to collect us from the port on arrival, and also drop us back when leaving. There are 2 scooters available to rent for a very cheap price on the property which was an added bonus so we didn’t have to go out looking for them and collecting them. All tourist hotspots were just short scooter rides away so you never had to travel too far. We arrived very late due to our ferry being late and Catherine stayed at the property late to show us around (thank you again!). We were blown away by how spacious and modern the property is - it’s even better than the photos! You must stay in this property when visiting Siquijor!!

We had an amazing time at Danielle’s Beach House! The private beach access was perfect—our kids were in the water all day. The house was spacious, spotless, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The rooftop deck was a highlight; we enjoyed watching the sunsets from up there. Just a heads-up: there aren’t any shops nearby, so you’ll need to drive to restaurants or stores. The location is a bit remote, but if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place!

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. The place is really nice. Though the room in the 2nd floor has a little smell lang naman especially sa bathroom pero hindi irritable yung smell pero it would be better if it smell good. Ate nene’s was super easy to communicate with and accommodating. Good for its price. Really recommend this place!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Everything was perfect. Very hassle free and they responded right away regarding our concerns. Worth the money because everything was close by! Would surely stay here again ☺️

We had such a restful stay! Our room was perfectly cold and cozy making us sleep soundly through the night. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth. The view of the Cebu beach was absolutely beautiful, and the overall ambience of the condo was peaceful and inviting. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!
