We had a great few days. The apartment is quite small, but it has everything you need, nice and pleasant.

The apartment is clean, cozy and very organized. The stay was very pleasant and the complex was safe. Mayerly was always attentive and very kind with everything that was needed. Definitely a very cozy place and I highly recommend it. Thank you for your kindness.

We live in Texas but visited Neiva for a few days to see family. We were a little apprehensive while choosing an Airbnb for this part of the trip rather than a hotel, but we made the right choice! Our stay at Jhon’s place was marvelous. His sister Yessica was there to greet us when we arrived at night and she went above and beyond to help us. We even ended up going out and partying with her for a bit that first night which was super cool. The AC and the fan were essential for our stay since the city is hot. Both devices worked well; we slept comfortably as the room gets very dark and cool. We felt safe here because there’s a locked gate before you reach the entrance and it’s monitored by camera. The space is remodeled and details were not overlooked. We really liked the TVs for relaxing at night as well. Yessica is a wonderful cohost and I would stay here again! Uber and DiDi don’t work in this city but you can order taxis through the InDrive app!

The stay with Jairo was great, the apartment was nice and clean. Very easy to communicate with him and he helped me with the questions I had. The apartment is located on a main street so it can be a bit noisy sometimes.

Jaime's place was about 8 min drive from the airport and 15 min drive from the bus terminal. There is a centro comercial Único at about 8 min walking distance with several restaurants on the way there. The apartment was very spacious and prepared for long stays. The wifi worked with no interpretations.

The host was very kind, he answered quickly, everything was clean and very well equipped. The only thing we missed was finding a towel per room, there was only one in the whole apartment, but everything else was very comfortable, clean, quiet to rest, easy to access, everything went very well

Very comfortable apartment, three bedrooms with double beds, very comfortable. Master bedroom with private bathroom and two more bathrooms in the apartment, one with shower and the other with toilet only. A/C in every room and in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Good wifi network. Good location of the complex, functional pool on the terrace, very nice. Two parking lots. It was just what we were looking for, which was to spend a few nights while enjoying the San Pedro festivities. I suggest that the landlords read well and ask about the cleaning policies when handing over the apartment so as not to pay an additional cleaning fee (100,000 COP). The cleaning company reported damage to a window that we were not responsible for, however this charge was withdrawn by Nubia. Good and quick communication with Nubia. In conclusion: Very comfortable stay, very nice apartment.

A perfect stay. The host was always attentive and decisive, from the reservation to the end. The apartment is just like the photos: new, comfortable, with AA in all areas (bedrooms and living room) and comfortable beds. The location is unbeatable, next to the best shopping mall, and the view from the pool on the terrace is spectacular. Highly recommended!

My stay was comfortable and pleasant. The place was clean, well located and had everything I needed to feel at home. Communication with the host was clear and quick. I enjoyed having my own space and the freedom to organize my time. It was definitely a good experience that I would repeat.
