Comfortably furnished to make your stay pleasant, with private parking. We prefer to rent it for long periods at a discount. Spacious, brand new, with large balconies and excellent ventilation. 11th floor with a nice view of the two mountain ranges and the snow-capped Huila. It has air conditioners, fans, 500-mega fiber optic Wi-Fi, smart TV, Netflix, and full quality kitchenware. Access to two swimming pools, gym, Turkish bath, sauna, and mini market. Nice complex, close to the airport and shopping malls.

Beautiful and very cool apartment located very close to 3 shopping centers with supermarkets, cinemas and pubs (San Pedro, San Juan and Unico). You can relax in the pool (weekends and you must bring swimming caps). Netflix access on TVs. Our privileged location will allow you to easily reach the exits to the Desert and the Betania Dam. Nice view of the mountains. We have parking.
