Our stay at Julie’s place was fantastic- it was plenty big enough for our group of 6 and had everything we needed. The deck view is as amazing as it looks on the listing and Julie was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We had 10 in our party….6 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of space for relaxing and everyone had a bed to sleep in! Leif was more than generous in recommending hikes/walks for us. Excellent check-in and check-out instructions - very detailed. It was a nice visit for our family!

Very private and peaceful. A little hard to find as the street sneaks up on you, but once you’re familiar with the area it’s very centrally located. The goats were a fun form of entertainment, and the pool was great with the outside heat. Beverly was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time. The house was even bigger and cozier than I anticipated and the views were gorgeous. We loved being on the same property as Cardinal Point Winery and walked down to do a tasting/enjoy some bottles. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we could have needed and the pool area was great!

Our family of four needed a quiet get away, and we enjoyed the beautiful days and evenings, inside and on the deck! Hikes nearby, spa nearby, restaurants, grocery, gas also nearby. Great resort year round! Lots of activities if you want them, and lots of peaceful nature if you want. Great!

Great stay! Perfect location and space was great. A tad smaller than what it looked like in the photos, but overall, great! The kitchen did not have any pantry space, but we made do with a shelf above the microwave and bins on top of the fridge. A day prior to check-in, I received an email stating the pool in the complex was closed for repairs. A bit disappointed at first, but it ended up working out really well. We had access to the SPA indoor and outdoor pools and the outdoors ended up being too cold to swim in. The indoor pool was no problem at all and they were very accommodating with lettings us have access throughout our stay. We would stay here again for sure!

Joes property was absolutely beautiful! The views are amazing from the cozy hot tub on the back porch. Everything was super clean and the beds were super comfortable! This airbnb would be great for a family stay or a friends getaway. It was everything we needed and more! Joe was quickly responsive when i had questions. This air bnb is stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. Beautiful spot, 10/10!

The cabin was great to stay at and had some pretty awesome views! Highly recommend the hiking trails. Overall, a really great place.

Joanna has a wonderful house in a great location with plenty of outdoor activities in Stoney Creek and beyond in Nelson County. There are great restaurants, breweries, and vineyards nearby and she shares perfect recommendations. It's a terrific place for families with fun games including a well equipped game room in the garage. Our family of 5 had a great visit in the summer and we look forward to visiting again in other seasons!

This was a great stay for a peaceful, private weekend getaway! It was about 10 min drive to a few restaurants and breweries and hiking wasn’t too far either! Would definitely stay here again!

TheVu was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Easy to access local vineyards and Charlottesville. Plenty of space for two families of four. We enjoyed the views of the mountains. Screened porch was a favorite. I look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years - convenient to Wintergreen and lots of cool spots to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed the property (the fresh eggs were a bonus) and hostess Amy was very responsive and nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay at such a cool little place - we made wonderful memories there together!

Katie is the sweetest host ! The place is beautiful all around and so peaceful . Wonderful place to get away from the busy life .

This lovely cottage is nestled between hills and orchards just off a winding country road through stunning fields and woods. The view is so peaceful off the back deck. Beds are very comfortable. Many things to do close by. Great biscuits at the Batesville Market about 2 miles away. Charlottesville is a charming town with lots of great restaurants and only about 25 minutes from the cottage.

Great house! We really enjoyed our stay for a weekend golf trip! Dinner at The Edge was close by and tasty, and the house was exactly as described!

Wow, this was a fantastic stay! Four of us take an annual trip out to the mountains for hiking and wineries and we try out a new house every year. This was one of the best! So cute, nicely stocked with everything we needed, roomy, convenient location, and very clean. Elise was fantastic to communicate with. She was super prompt on any questions we had. And it was really fun to have all kinds of unique and handmade items throughout the cottage that we could buy. After a long day of hiking it was fun to "shop" at home. We also love all their sustainable products and tips. It's located directly across from Devil's Backbone Brewery, and it's a super easy location to get to the hiking we had planned. We made a fire out back in the fire pit which was such a great way to end our weekend. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! ALL of the beds were comfortable, nice linens and pillows. Kitchen had spices, etc. Loads of plates and cups, pots and pans, etc. Plenty of seating outside and inside in both homes. We saw bunnies and deer in the yard, the birds sang to us during the day. What a peaceful location and home! Will definitely book again! Daniel and his wife were helpful and always responsive.

My son graduated from Liberty University on May 10, 2025. Masters of Clinicl Psychology. The Air BNB was a quiet restful retreat. The cost of other Air BNB closer to the college was more expensive. I was looking for a quiet place in the middle of the nature for our 10 years of marriage anniversary and I think we found the best one. Charlotte was so kind and helpful, she helped me surprised my wife with such a beautiful decoration. We were so impressed. My kids were so happy 😊😊 to see something different. If you’re looking for something really peaceful, nice, looking at the beautiful nature in the mountains, you are definitely at the right place. This was the perfect escape for a beautiful mother daughter’s weekend. We enjoyed the local wineries, cideries, hikes, and restaurants! I loved that this place was so serene and quiet!

I just enjoyed the most wonderful birthday weekend stay at this amazing home! The views were as incredible or even more so than in the photos. Wendy was very responsive to any messages and even sent someone to the house within 30 minutes to address a simple issue. The hot tub made for a perfect spot to relax, as did the partially covered deck, with sweeping views and tons of songbirds to brighten the day. Truly a magical weekend escape! I would definitely come back again.

We stayed at Carl's place because we were attending a wedding at the Rock Spring Farm. This location is right around the corner from the wedding location. It is secluded, very clean and beautifully decorated. Be sure to stop on the way in for groceries as the closest places in miles away. I would highly recommend.
