Apartment holiday rentals in Neoi Epivates

Dit appartement vonden we geweldig! Niet groot, maar knus, en vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht op de baai voor Thessaloniki en de lichtjes van de stad. Recht voor de deur zit een geweldig visrestaurant, het strand is heerlijk en buurvrouw Stella maakt taarten waar je je vingers bij aflikt. Een wandeling van 30-45 minuten brengt je naar Nei Epivates en Peraia, waar nog meer restaurants en terrassen zijn. Daar kun je ook met de boot naar Thessaloniki (tip!). Nikos' schoonouders wonen op de begane grond, en dat zijn de liefste mensen. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad en komen graag terug!

We enjoyed your stay here. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The space is not huge but very cozy. For us, this was probably one of the best accommodations we found on this service.

Wir waren 4 Wochen in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Nikolaos war jederzeit zu erreichen und antwortete schnell. Er ist ein Gastgeber, dem es wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. 10 Minuten zum Strand, Bäckerei um die Ecke, Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte ebenfalls. Man kann wunderbar vom Balkon dem Treiben auf der Straße zusehen. Wir können das Appartement nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Nikos!

The apartment was as in the photo, very easy check-in. 1 min from the sea, the view from the balcony is wonderful, you can hear the sound of the waves, the sunset.

Melina ist sehr freundlich, Wohnung war schön und sauber. Terrasse und Aussicht ist wunderschön. Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen fast vor der Tür. Viele Tavernen direkt am Meer mit leckerem griechischen Essen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es im Ort nur einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen gibt, ansonsten muss man mit dem Bus zum Markt und den Geschäften fahren.

Wir waren ein zweites Mal da und alles ist einwandfrei, die Kommunikation, die Wohnung, einfach alles. Wir brauchten am nächsten Tag neue Handtücher und haben sie diskret und sauber an die Tür gehängt bekommen mit der Nachricht, dass sie vor der Tür hängen. Man fühlt sich schnell pudelwohl

A nice place close to the beach with a beautiful garden to relax

Pavlos and his family were exceptional hosts of this property. They were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We were truly impressed by the smooth communication and the outstanding conditions. The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, and has two large terraces perfect for relaxing. The beach is right in front of the house, and we had access to sunbeds and an umbrella, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. We even had the chance to go surfing! Pavlos provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and local spots to eat. Everything we needed was within walking distance – shops, tavernas, and the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this place. We’d definitely love to come back! 🔝💙

Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Alles nötige und sogar noch Extras waren vorhanden. Der Strand und ein paar Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen und hat schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und auch den Gastgeber wirklich empfehlen!

Einfach nur WOW!! Wenn man auf der Suche nach einer spektakulären Wohnung und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin ist, dann ist man dort genau richtig!! Ich habe keine Worte für die Qualitäten von Tina als Gastgeberin!! Und von der Unterkunft ganz zu schweigen.. einfach toll dieser Ausblick!!

Отличный вариант для отдыха семьёй. Хозяйка встретила очень дружелюбно и приветливо. В квартире есть все необходимое условия для проживания, всё соответствует написанному. Два больших болкона, есть постельное бельё и подушки, везде чисто. Море в пяти минутах от дома. Очень благодарны за приятный отдых!! 10/10

Antonio is an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and proactive in communication. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whether you're with friends or family. Its location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, where you'll find a great beach bar perfect for relaxing. There are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, and for groceries, Lidl and other markets are just a 5-minute drive away. Antonio went the extra mile by providing cold water, coffee, and cookies upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning whenever we have the chance. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

Man lebt schön zentral in Thessaloniki und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Einrichtung spricht natürlich für sich! Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, große Unterkunft.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time!
