Whole upper floor separate entrance. Large room/studio with en suite shower/toilet, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine with an incredible breathtaking panoramic sea view - beautiful Terrace with sun beds/umbrella in quiet area of Upper Lagonisi/Kalivia Thorikou. Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Cats reside on the property.

We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new, beautifully furnished apartment between Voula and Glyfada (both 20 min walk). It’s stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean – the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed in! We came as a family with two small children and felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and even provided a baby bed and high chair. Although it's a semi-basement, it’s not very low and the large windows let in lots of natural light. A big plus is the private garden, which is only accessible from the apartment – great for relaxing or letting the kids play. There’s always free parking right in front of the door and a large supermarket just down the street. We truly felt at home and would love to come back!

Great value for money! The only downside would be the spring bed which can be uncomfortable at times, and the installation of blackout curtains could be a plus. But personally it didn't bother us and we are very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful villa on the sea shore, gorgeous views

This home is very spacious, had beautiful furnishings, stunning terraces and views! Our hosts were helpful and responsive. This is a pretty remote location and does not have direct access to the sea from the home. There are a few tavernas and sandy beaches close by but a car is required as nothing is within walking distance. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a large gorgeous home and lots of privacy!

The place is very warm, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the area is very peacful while still being close to a main road that provides easy access. I especially appreciated the mosquito screens on all the windows, such a thoughtful and practical detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. A big thank you to Vic for his help and for driving me at the beginning of my stay. And to top it all off, a little black and white cat came by from time to time, adding a sweet touch to the sejour. Thank you again for the warm welcome and this lovely stay!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the villa and it worked fantastically well for us with a multi generational family. Konstantinos was so helpful prior to us arriving, sorting baby equipment etc, and even arranging for a paddling pool to be set up ready for our toddler's arrival. He met us in person and had many recommendations and was easy to contact throughout the visit - he was even able to get a family member to come and help us when we got locked out of the house by mistake late at night. We really enjoyed the area: we know Athens well but felt it would be too hot at this time of year with young children. The area was the perfect compromise as we could drive into Athens to see friends but the closest beach was just 5 mins away and there were many good restaurants to eat at. It was wonderful to sit in the garden with a breeze and look out at the sea and the outside space is well set up for meals outside. The house has been done beautifully and is comfortable. Thank you!

We had a great experience staying at this lovely property. The location suited us perfectly and the property was well maintained and contained everything required for a comfortable stay, including laundry facilities. The host provided exceptional service and was always available to offer assistance. His kindness and approachable manner enhanced our experience. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning next time we visit Greece. Thank you and your family for your hospitality.
