We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Eine traumhafte Villa eingerahmt von Blumen und Bäumen, ruhig, mit allem ausgestattet, super sauber, eine fantastische Terrasse, mit Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben es genossen und viel Zeit (Abende) hier verbracht. Stella war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns ein Auto organisiert. Es hat alles prima geklappt. Wir wurden nett von Stellas Mutter empfangen. Es war ein sensationeller Aufenthalt, überwältigend!!! Auch idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Chalkidiki zu erkunden. Danke Stella 😍

Der Aufenthalt im Ambelos Village war sehr schön. Das Haus liegt am Hang und man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Zu beachten ist jedoch, dass die Hauptstraße direkt am Haus entlang führt. Es ist daher nicht unbedingt ruhig aber störend ist es auch nicht. Dank Klimaanlage können die Fenster in der Nacht geschlossen bleiben und man bekommt nichts mehr mit. Ansonsten ist das Anwesen sehr schön und man teilt es sich lediglich mit einer weiteren Partei im Nachbarhaus. Ein Highlight ist der Pool, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Dimitri und Konstantina, die immer zeitnah und sehr zuvorkommend geantwortet haben. Wir können das Haus von den beiden sehr empfehlen, da es neben den erwähnten Punkten auch von der Lage her sehr gut liegt.

We had an issue about mains water system. Mark managed the issue very well remotely. Special thanks to pool man. He gave really good recommendations with his limited English.

Had a great stay at Nancy’s place, which is ideal for a no-frills, summer beach/water sports bonanza like we were looking for. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the staff at the beach bar in front of the villa were helpful and kind. It is a very sought-after beach so there are lots of people and cars there every day, but definitely possible to have more space to oneself when walking down the beach towards the end of the cove. The house and amenities are correct and tastefully set up, but not luxurious. The terrace and the living area are welcoming and generous. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a stay - we were there for a week for a family holiday of 8 people, of which two young kids.

A stay that met our expectations – everything was just like in the photos, clean and quiet. We found everything we needed at the location, and communication with the host was very pleasant and efficient. Five stars for hospitality!

The villa was beautiful! Perfect for families or friends. Very peaceful and private, the beach was very nice and not too crowded. The host was very friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking villa, and it was an unforgettable experience! The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views overlooking Toroneos Bay and Mount Athos. It’s no exaggeration to say that the view alone could keep you there for your entire vacation.The villa itself is beautifully decorated, capturing the essence of a perfect summer retreat. The large private garden was a highlight for us, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy a BBQ, and spend quality time with family and friends in a serene setting. We loved the layout of the house as well. It’s a two-story villa that’s perfect for families or groups. The host was incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that everything we needed was provided for. The attention to detail in the villa’s decor and amenities did not go unnoticed, adding to the overall experience.

Отличные апартаменты. Все соответствует описанию , кухня оборудована всем необходимым , достаточное количество полотенец и пастельного белья, которое меняли через три дня . Шикарная локация относительно моря ( 50 метров) , пляжей, ресторанов , центра посёлка с магазинами . Оборудованная терраса всем необходимым для расслабляющего отдыха. Единственный минус - напор воды и некоторая сантехника в санузлах ( их три). В остальном - все просто замечательно !

This amazing and peaceful place of rest was all we could have hoped for. Our family was beyond comfortable here. Amazing host showed us everything nearby from restaurants to beaches. The home is clean and spacious, the yard was private and well kept and the pool was a highlight. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Wir hatten zu siebt einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Am schönsten ist der unglaubliche Ausblick aufs Meer mit dem herrlichen Pool. Menelaos als Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hat uns kurzfristig weitere Handtücher und Laken vorbeigebracht. Das Haus könnte insgesamt für so viele Personen etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Pfannen, Besteck, Gläser etc) aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Alles in allem ist es ein wunderschönes Haus mit moderner, stylischer Einrichtung, genug Platz und die Terrasse mit Pool und Aussicht ist einfach der Jackpot. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

Check-in was very flexible and smooth. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We stayed at the villa with a group of 6 friends for a week, and it was absolutely amazing! The villa was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was large and perfect for relaxing. The outdoor charcoal grill was a huge plus, and we made several dinners on it. Overall, a stunning place, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway! Our host was fantastic—very friendly and responsive. Ilias made sure we had everything we needed and were always available for any questions. Also great recommendations! A truly wonderful experience!

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Elita et Thomas. La description est plus que conforme à nos attentes. Les atouts ont été l'accueil parfait, la vue splendide sur la mer et son coucher de soleil. Le calme, le confort, la piscine privée nous ont permis de passer d'excellentes vacances, sans oublier les belles plages à proximité. L'équipement et la propreté ont été au rendez-vous. Merci de nous avoir fait découvrir cette belle région de Grèce via vos recommandations, nos familles ont été ravies de séjourner chez vous.

The villa was only 2 years old and we were impressed by it. 3 good bedrooms of which the main suite has a balcony too. All rooms have built in closets and 2 bathrooms in total. Host was very attentive and reactive. Thank you so much for your help. We were here at the beginning of October, clearly off season and calm, the more reason to love it. The area is quiet, a dirtroad to the house, about 5min from beaches by car. Pefkochori is a nice town with amazing beaches. We loved the pool. If we have to put down some improvements I would say softer beds (they were quite hard now) and privacy to the neighbouring building with a screen or plants. Also we did not like the cats and kittens going round the house, that were fed by the neighbor. But these points are not important enough to give the villa bad critics. We would love to visit it again.

New complex, fully equipped, including bath robes, huge apartment, looks like they though of every tiny detail. Very nice hosts, great location, private but very close to the beach and restaurants

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!
