Lovely, proactive and responsive Host. Thank you Deepak for staying with you, was amazing. Only stayed for two nights, but was worth every penny. Nice experience in a Mud house!! Nice and quietly to stay. If he develops the community space & kitchen this would be amazing. I the surrounding some good restaurants or things to do are missing, but if one is not looking for something like that it doesn't matter!!?

Staying in this house felt like I was at my own grandmother's home. Ama is an incredibly loving, nurturing and warm person. She immediately feels like family. Everyday, many of the other residents of Damdame come to the house, and they're all friendly and love to talk. Didi and Ama cook nutritious and delicious food, with ingredients sourced in the village. The freshness is amazing. We trekked up to the Panchase mountain, and spent our time mostly walking around, resting, eating or talking to the people around us. It was perhaps the most unique homestay experience I have ever had, and I cannot wait to go back. I felt really emotional while leaving, just like I do when I leave from my grandmother's house. Amazing place- everything is outstanding: the view, the hospitality, Fatima's food, the vibe... it is really one of a kind. What a luxury in nowdays world to be able to disconnect from frenzy, immerse in such devine nature and be surrounded by a pristine environment. Highly recommended to the adventurers and to anyone in search of peace. it is a life changing experience !

Staying with Ama and her family was simply a wonderful experience. Even though we barely could exchange a word as I do not speak Nepalese we tried our best to communicate and I feel like we understood each other. The family, but also the whole village is so lovely - everybody is smiling at you and greeting you warmly. it doesn't matter if you speak the same language or not - a smile is a universal symbol 😊 The landscape is beautiful and perfect for day-hikes, the bed was comfy and clean and the food was simply extremely delicious. If you are open for a new experience and really want to immerse yourself in the nepalese culture, do not miss on this opportunity.
