Holiday rentals with breakfast in Nérac

We had a great family stay at Maxime's. Maxime is a responsive host with whom it is easy to communicate. The house, located in a very peaceful area, is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a magical view of Agen and the surrounding meadows. It's about 20 minutes from the train station on foot but beware the road is steep; the possibility of parking a car is therefore appreciable. In short, we recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is superb with everything you need, a very nice garden and the perfect pool to cool off after a nice day, the accommodation is very well located for visiting the area with many sites and activities nearby i absolutely recommend this place, our hosts were very welcoming and were happy to meet them!

A true haven of peace just a stone's throw from Villeneuve-sur-Lot! The house: a ranch, full of charm, is nestled in the middle of nature, surrounded by horses — a bucolic and soothing decor. Pierre is an exceptional host: warm, caring and always available. We felt good there from the first few minutes. An enchanting interlude that you absolutely must experience!

Sylvain is a very attentive host and offers good advice. Sylvain knows his region very well and shares as much information as possible on sightseeing or local producers to get in. It takes all the time it takes to make sure we're all set. The house is very beautiful (designer interior design decoration) and is in an isolated and relaxing environment. In hot weather the outdoor hot tub is nice and the air conditioning in the rooms was very helpful. The melons crate as a welcome gift was excellent. An excellent stay and a great meeting!

Great stay in Christophe's cottage. A peaceful oasis run by an enthusiast. A host with many qualities as well as an undeniable talent for cooking, which we enjoyed sharing with him and his friends. Breakfast is hearty and has a wide selection. The kids loved being able to eat the fruit from the tree. The pool as well as the spacious outdoor layout are really nice. A little wink for Matthieu's mint mojito. The cottage is clean and well arranged. Everything necessary is available. We really enjoyed this start of vacation with you, we will definitely be back.

Accommodation in a peaceful environment. All instructions were clear, including those for video equipment. We found on the table a basket containing all the essentials for breakfast. As well as a small chilled champagne. We had a great time.

From the beginning of our stay until the end Solange could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had everything we needed & more. It was comfortable, bright, airy & extremely clean. It was ideally situated within easy walking distance to the town but yet very quiet. We took our bikes and there was easy access to the cycle tracks making it easy to get around and explore the area. We were given use of the very pretty garden with sun loungers to soak up the sun & there was even space to store our bikes. We would without hesitation book to stay with Solange again and cannot recommend her as a super host & her apartment highly enough.

This place is very tranquil and peaceful. Fantastic for a night's rest or as many people who are walking the nearby route. Chrystele was very responsive and left clear instructions via messages. Her father was in the garden and kindly showed me some of the amazing fruits and vegetables. Great value for money and a lovely location.

Magnifique! A wonderful very authentic French base for visiting Lectoure and the Gers. Our group of 4 adults felt like locals: home away from home, plenty of space to spread out, relax or explore and equipped with everything we needed. SO convenient in the heart of town with great views over the main street and cathedral square - perfect for market day and the added bonus of hearing beautiful choir and organ 🎶 float through the huge windows and into the apartment. Thankyou Emmanuelle for the lovely little treats left to start our visit. 💕

beautiful romantic night in this peaceful retreat. Maëlle is present whenever we needed it and like a little mouse that we don't see. we had a perfect cheese charcuterie board. very good value for money beautiful place, as well as amenities/bathtub/shower/bed/jaccuzi. brief perfect 🙏

We had a great time at Françoise's place. We were treated like royalty (and loved the homemade brioche in the morning!!). We have nothing to complain about, both the cleanliness of the premises and the comfort of the rooms. Thank you very much for this welcome, and see you very soon!

Nice stop on a short motorbike hike. Great tips for not missing anything from the pretty villages in the area. Hedonistic breakfast and a very nice friendly exchange.

We made a quick stop at Patricia's but the room was very comfortable! We were able to arrive late at night without any worries which was very convenient. In addition we were treated to a very good breakfast with homemade products so perfect! Thanks for hosting us!

Janine is truly an amazing woman. She was so kind, gave us tomatoes from her garden and drove us to lots of local places. She is incredibly inspirational as she flys a motorized power glider at her age.!!!
