Matt’s property is amazing! The house is very spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Being right on the water is delightful, the kayaks and SUPs are great fun. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to try the pool but it looked fantastic. Stayed with our two small children and there was lots to keep them entertained, and everything we needed for an easy stay with toddlers. Thanks again Matt!

Well laid out. Bright and airy. Safe, enclosed garden for our dogs. Well-stocked kitchen. Great dinning area and outdoor seating. Close to all amenities.

Second stay at this amazing place! Kynan was very responsive to our queries and the house is set up so well. Love the location on the water with beautiful morning and evening views.

Sam's place was an amazing stay in Springbrook. cosy, quaint with all the amenities one needs. the outdoor fireplace was awesome and once you step in you know Jaime and Sam exude hospitality in how everything is arranged at the place. would def return a 2nd time!

I loved dealing with Deirdre. She was so easy to communicate with, and we loved the home. It worked really well for us. We would like to come back again.

We had a great two night stay here. Great location, big secure backyard for the dogs and the beach and local bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Well located home close to all amenities on the Gold Coast. Well appointed and very comfortable for 4 adults and two small dogs. Definitely recommend to future travellers. Regards, Brian

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

Nice and clean. It was so great that Estelle let us early which is so great. Love the bathroom bath and wash stuff smells amazing. amazing apartments would love to go back. My dogs had the best time going to the beach which is walking distance. Thank you

My return trip was every bit as good as I had remembered. All was perfect for me and all of the generosity and extra touches made me feel at home.

This was my second stay in Gerald’s unit. It is very centrally located with restaurants and shopping close by and the Broadbeach Nth tram station a short walk away. Having the tram so close makes it a breeze to get around the Gold Coast to beaches, shopping or entertainment. The carpark is also easy to negotiate and the unit itself set up with everything you might need and is light and airy with balconies all round. Gerald and Beverly are very responsive as well and so I highly recommend staying at this unit.

The stay was fantastic, everyone had their own space with private ensuites in pretty much all of the rooms - it’s a beautiful home. The living areas are great. The house has great and thoughtful ammenities. Beautiful surroundings, the stay checked all of our boxes, would highly recommend.

Was a last minute getaway with my partner and we had a lovely time! Beautiful place and location and was convenient to get to places but also very private and hidden in a way which we loved. Definitely would stay again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend away and absolutely loved it! The house was absolutely stunning- even more beautiful than the photos, which truly don’t do it justice. It was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect- close to everything but still felt private and peaceful. The host was so lovely and responsive, always quick to reply and super helpful with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Rafael is a very welcoming Host. He has great communication. His accomodation has every thing you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accomdation is always very clean. As a result, I have stayed many times with Rafael recently and will be doing so in the future.

Beautiful leafy and private spot. Tiny house was pristine and had everything we needed. Adriana was very friendly and responsive. Only downside was rain that prevented us from using the deck and fire pit - but we had a fab weekend anyway. Watch out for koalas in the trees right on your doorstep!!

Ebony was a fantastic host and her place is so lovely. it's freezing there so rug up in winter but having the fireplace on was so lovely. needed the peaceful time away!
