Condo holiday rentals in Nervi, Genoa

We had a wonderful week in this magnificent apartment with direct views of the sea from the parlor and from the bedroom. A small balcony on the house side is available, however, as the view of the sea is limited there, we preferred to go down the short stairs and spend time there on the wonderful pebble beach. The apartment is very nice and conveniently furnished, we felt immediately comfortable. We arrived by train at Nervi train station and in 15 minutes on a fantastic walk along the sea, you can reach the apartment. A small shop is a 5-minute walk away, all the larger shops are a 15-minute walk away or you can also take the bus. We made excursions by train (Cinque Terre, Genoa), all very easily accessible. Nervi itself is very nice with the large park and not as touristy as other places on the coast, as no tourist ship lands.

This stay was amazing! Very good communication with the hosts. Very clean and modern. Well worth the price.

A great place from which to explore Genova. Or to sit on the terrace and do nothing if that’s what you want. Laura is an excellent host with lots of helpful suggestions. We’ll be back!

This was great! Clean apt, elevator building, a/c, washer in unit. It’s very close to the train, and a very short walk to food and shopa!

Exceptional stay in Nervi at Monica's. Amazing and warm welcome. The apartment is spacious, cozy and conveniently located in the center of Nervi. Shops 2min away, train station 5min walk to Genoa or Cinques Terres. Monica is very available and has lots of tips. A real host! What happiness and we'll be back. Thank you again.

Ricardo is one of the most helpful and responsive hosts I have ever had. He went way beyond his duties. He picked us up at the train station and returned us to the train station, he carried our bags up and down a really steep narrow staircase to the second floor. During my stay, I fell on the street and hit my head, and if needed, he was willing to go with me to the emergency room, but it was not needed. The fisherman's house facing the water is so peaceful. We could spend hours just sitting and looking at the water. There is a lot to do right in that little suburb of Genova, really good restaurants just literally a few steps away. A very pleasant stay all around. Beds were heavenly, and the big bathroom was huge, while the small one was very small. Pay attention to what he says, that people with mobility problems should not choose this listing. The staircase is very steep and painted black, so you have to be really careful on that. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. While the apartment sits on a busy street due to the prime central location, Monica had even provided earplugs just in case (though we didn't need them

Central apartment very close to the Cathedral, very quiet and cozy. Only problem if you are high attention to the bed on the mezzanine...but once you "took the measures" no problem. Self check-in always leaves us a little sad. There is no one to welcome you and provide you with useful tips for your stay.... we found neither maps of the city nor other information ...so we left a copy of our paper guide for the next Italian guests. Elle allowed us to anticipate our entrance by a couple of hours compared to 3:00 p.m. Be careful not to turn off the refrigerator...the switch is with everyone else!

First of all, I would like to thank Giulia and her husband for the wonderful welcome and the help they gave us to be able to leave our car safely in a free parking lot. In addition to this kindness, they left us coffee and cookies and other small groceries in case we needed them. Giulia's apartment is very clean and very well located in the historic center of Genoa, which is very convenient for walking to all the cultural sites. It is also a very lively neighborhood with a multitude of restaurants and bars nearby. Giulia leaves a lot of recommendations for activities and restaurants that are very close to her apartment. I highly recommend you try it. In the end, I recommend this apartment 100%.

Great stay at Gian Luca's! The apartment is impeccable and perfectly located for visiting the city. Hosts are very responsive and attentive to guests! In the streets around the apartment, there are many prostitutes. This did not bother or worry us, but it is a parameter to take into account. Thanks again to the two hosts

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a very good stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very pleasant with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We'll be back with great pleasure. 😍

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Genoa. The apartment was large and beautiful, and had everything you need and we are so happy with the accommodation. The only thing we missed was AC when it was hottest, but most windows could be opened so it was good to ventilate. We would really recommend this apartment and the host and would love to come back again!

Very good welcome. Typical and quiet environment. The location of the apartment at the top of a very old building requires a minimum of mobility to climb the stairs, which were designed steeper than today (we managed it despite being 70 years old). The apartment is very cozy and spotless.

Nice and very bright apartment with a very nice view. We had a pleasant stay and Sabrina spoiled us with her kindness and lots of good things for our breakfast. The plus is surely the parking space, very useful in Genoa! Sabrina is extremely responsive and attentive to our requests. I recommend it without hesitating and we'll be happy to come back.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Tamara was a great host. She welcomed us very friendly and gave lot of recommendations about the area. Even when our dog got sick she was very helpful and supportive. The Appartement was great, very comfy and clean. The balcony was perfect for breakfast and dinner. Would definetely recommend to go there.

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with hot tub is a real gem, offering beautiful views and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… or even beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genova.

This is a place that I would take whoever I come back to the region. It is located in a very quiet yet near to all attractions, restaurants and where you should visit. The house is super clean and is as same as we saw in pictures. Breathtaking view, and all facilities and amenities were available. Carla was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. She made herself available to meet and guide us through everything we would need, very available with speed of response. This is a no brained to pick when you plan to come to Rapallo, Santa Margherita or to Portofino.

Pierangelo was extremely kind, available and always responsive. The accommodation is peaceful with a stunning view and an amazing pool. We had an incredible time and can’t wait to be back!

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back.
