Leiligheten ligger i et flott turområde, 1 km fra Hedmarkstoppen, med dagligvarebutikker og bussforbindelser like i nærheten. Hamar sentrum er 4 km unna. A studio apartment from 2019 with a large bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen solution. Private entrance from the back of the house, and access to parking on the front of the house. The rest of the house is inhabited by us and we have three children who can produce some step sound. Otherwise, the dorm is separated from the house by a fireproof and soundproof door,which is locked with a key. TV is only available for AirPlay, and no apps/channels

Innsjekking i hovedsak etter kl 16, men ta gjærne kontakt om du ønsker å sjekke inn før, så ser vi hva vi får til. Familie på fem bor i resten av huset, så noe støy må påberegnes.

Husmannsplassen Havrebakken is an idyllic little house on Hovelsrud farm on Helgøya with phenomenal views of Mjøsa. There is a nice house with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a separate garden around the house. Here you can sit on nice evenings and enjoy the view. There is access to the beach at Hovelsrud. There are nice hiking trails in the forest right behind the house.
