The cabin has large window surfaces which provide a lot of daylight and views. With the glass doors, you can open the entire wall and let the terrace slide into the living room. Only 45 minutes from Oslo and 30 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen, this is an excellent break from an otherwise hectic everyday life. As the cabin is to be sold, it is sold for sale when booking well in the future.

Cabin from 2022. Equipped with nice kitchen(with dishwasher), fridge , bathroom and sofa nook. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Sliding door out to the deck can be opened up. Outside there is a dining table that sleeps 6-8 persons. Bubble bath for 6-7 people, with lights and speakers(connects via Bluetooth). Outdoor shower with cold and hot water. The cabin is located along at Glomma and only a few meters down to natural sandy beach. The nearest golf possibility is 9 minutes away by car, Rommen Golfpark or 24 minutes to Miklagard golf.

Possibility of loads of excursions and hiking trails Here you will have nice cozy patios around the cabin with both shade and sun. Here there is a rechargeable outdoor shower, and a bathroom with washing facilities, cloths and towels and hot water is available here. An old but cozy outdoor toilet + electric toilet. The house has everything needed for a nice stay both summer and winter. Modern and well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower. Two living rooms with TV, games, books, three bedrooms and a large sofa bed. The house is well suited for quiet days, family cozy or cozy accommodation, and is only 15 minutes from shops, 1 hour from Oslo as well as Gardermoen airport, and Sweden.

There are several hiking trails in the area, so nice opportunity for activity and walks. Closest shops are Neskollen, Vormsund and in Årnes Sentrum.

Ingen biltrafikk ved hytta og besøksgård kun 15 minutters gange fra hytta. Er man heldig kan man se både rådyr og elg i området. Hytta har fullt kjøkken med varmtvann, oppvaskmaskin og stekeovn. Fullt bad med klosett, vask og dusj. Samt vaskerom med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Hytta har ett soverom og en hems.
