One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking

We are a married couple from the Netherlands who fell in love with the country of Norway, AND with the house we now are renovating to become a Bed and Breakfast. We live in Hallingdal since 2008. When this small house in the garden (Hagehjem =Gardenhome) was ready for family and friends to stay in when they visit us, we thought that it deserved to be used the whole year round. Since 2019 we work together with Airbnb and it is nice that more people can enjoy this cozy space. Welcome!

Own cottage at the top of Nesfjellet. 2h 30 min car from Oslo. Screened location, 1030 m. Magnificent view. Newly renovated interior w double bed (new mattresses) and sofa bed. Fireplace. Bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Kitchenette with stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Heat in all floors. Electric car charger. 4G coverage. Great starting point for hiking, biking, alpine and cross country skiing. Only 80 m from machine-prepared ski slope.

Cosy little cabin

The cabin is very small, but quite comfortable. (Around 10 kvm) The bathroom is separate. Rustic interior. Most suitable for couples and good friends. If you need more space, take a look at the other cabin on our farm, (Cottage anno 1711) Sauna can be rented. 300NOK / 30 Euro per use. If you arrive by train or bus, we can pick you up at the station. For this we will charge 150 NOK / 15 Euro per way.

We had the most incredible stay at Wenche’s cabin during our honeymoon in Norway. The cabin itself is finished to a very high standard—modern, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with peaceful surroundings that made it the perfect place to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of the area. Despite the tranquillity, the town was just a short drive away, offering a great selection of restaurants, shops, and cosy cafés to explore. Wenche was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in the cabin and the experience she provides. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Just as described. Was greeted with a smile and a good conversation. Super nice people, cozy and idyllic place that suited perfectly for us two adults who were going to the bear park. Short distance, easy to find, great 😊 view of the mountains, and you get more for your money here than at a hotel. Highly recommended! 😊

Super beautiful location. Beautiful view. Large spacious, cozy and well-appointed cabin with everything you need. Good cross country tracks right outside the house. Great hiking opportunities for cross-country skiing. We had sunshine and snow all week. This was our second time staying in the cabin! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing cabin with truly beautiful views. Loved having the BBQ grill. Good quality gravel road to get to the cabin, with many switchbacks. It takes around 10 minutes to drive there from the main road - not good if you're scared of heights!

We had a brilliant stay in Göran's cabin. The location right next to the hill was the accessibility of everything in Nesfjellet easily. The cabin was clean and neat when we arrived and all the amenities were experienced as described. Göran was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to inquiries. We would recommend and come back to Nesfjellet and this cabin.

An enchanting place, nothing less. The tranquility, the privacy, the large beautiful lake and the house were in a class of their own. I have never experienced anything like it - it is a hidden gem this place. Take good care of it and look forward to the stay 🙏🏻👏🏻
