Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Nogent sur Seine is a city in Aube (10) located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A small, very quiet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. At 100 m, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Small independent house with garden and fireplace, located in the middle of nature at the edge of the forest in a small very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Forest walks accessible directly from the house, without needing to take the car. Bicycles are available free of charge upon request in advance.
