In 2020, we renovated the house of 100 sqm. The outdoor areas are lovely. Large lawn with plenty of space for activities such as badminton, football and cube. Next to the summer cottage is the "small house" of 36 sqm which has bedroom, shower and toilet. Small down on the plot we have the stabbur of 15 sqm also with sleeping space. It is only 100 meters to a nice beach with trampoline, slide, climbing wall etc. Rented a minimum of 3 nights. There are not rentals for events or large parties. Max guests 11pcs

Stunning villa with west-facing views of the Oslo fjord. There is room for 2 families. The villa has everything you need to enjoy the summer holidays. 10 minutes walk to child-friendly beach. The three terraces are set west facing and have plenty of room for a lot of people. It is 3 minutes by car to the nearest store. We offer internet, gas grill, gym, bathtub, large kitchen with all facilities, laundry room etc. There is a rental apartment separated from the villa, this one is rented out.

Welcome to our charming old house in Berger/Hellvik. We offer a quiet, safe environment and summer idyll at its best! With us, it is not perfect or sterile, we have our things here, so you have to endure full cupboards, but we think you will thrive and feel at home. Nice cat, Grin, almost 10 years old. The Nesodden peninsula, where we live, is surrounded by beaches, forests and many hiking opportunities. There is a short walk to the bus, which takes you to the ferry and over to Oslo.
