Extra space exactly matches the photos. Spacious, functional, very clean, very well equipped... nothing missing!!! The bedding is quality, the large terrace and the courtyard are a plus. The accommodation is very nicely decorated. The owner is extremely responsive, available and accommodating, and very kind. She gave us some great tips for restaurants or walks. It is a well located place to visit Balagne while being in a quiet area. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back with great pleasure!!!

Pleasant little accommodation in the heart of a typical Balanin village. The place is a little outdated and a few items are missing in the small kitchen, but the price takes this into account and is suitable.

We had a lovely weekend with two girlfriends. The accommodation is very nice and ideally located in the heart of the charming village of Nessa. The owners are very friendly and we were made to feel at home! The place has all or more amenities 😄

if you are looking for peace and quiet, come to Sam's studio without hesitation. Spacious bathroom and very well-equipped kitchen. Brand new bedding, thick mattress, slept very well with my wife. The terrace for lunch and dinner in the shade. A great restaurant in the center of the village. Lots of mountain villages to visit, San Antonino and Algajola by the sea, among others.
