Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Nessebar

Ivan's little house is very nice, the outdoor space with its many plants is appreciated. It is well located, close to the beach with commmerces (excellent fruit and vegetable shop) and restaurants within a 5-minute walk and parking available on site.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Fantastic location directly on the sea, very friendly neighbors, extra praise to the great service in the restaurant directly in the house - we had a great week and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Our Hosts were wonderfully friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even came to meet us from the bus and help with luggage. A blessing on a HOT day!

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. Really nice place to stay and very helpful, friendly host! We enjoyed chatting with Simeon about Burgas! And the kind woman who is the caretaker was lovely to meet as well. We had a challenging time with google and Apple Maps getting to the right location. Using Google Maps real time is advised. I’m not sure why the apps are not finding the location easily, other than maybe an English translation problem within the app. Allow extra time perhaps?

Great spacious place with flexible check-in time (only a a couple places in the area had this option). I didn't have any special requests apart from a later check-out time and the host (Daria) was responsive.

Nikola’s place was absolutely stunning. Waking up to sunshine streaming through the windows was the perfect start to each day. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained—ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Elizabet's apartment is brilliant and has an amazing sea view. There is everything you need for the living, kitchen is fully equipped. Clean and tidy apartment. Elizabet is a really nice host. I recommend her apartment.

It's a great apartment that has everything and lacks for nothing. It has very good views and I would dare to say that it is much better than in photos. We had a wonderful stay and very comfortable, we had a great time. I highly recommend it.

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

Rozalia’s place was definitely worth the money. Location was walkable, very good restaurant and fruits stands right across the street. Very quiet place. I was sleeping very well there. No criminals in the area, you can walk late at night around the area. I’m very satisfied.

Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!

Great location - a short walk from Burgas train station. Beautiful appartment. We had a comfortortable stay.Very clean . We received a warm welcome -lovely to be met by host. Home from home with everything you need for a self-catering city break including a kitchette and washing machine. We found the firm thick deep mattress very comfortble and there was an option of extra pillows and bed cover . Being in Burgas town centre, naturally it is noisy.
