Anat is family to us. And the apartment is our home in Tel Aviv. We were here for the 9th time - and we will come back for sure. We highly recommend Anat as a host. She is thoughtful, caring, offers good advice and help in any situation, and always has the best tips for restaurants, cafes, and bars. The apartment has everything you need: a decent size, a small kitchen with refrigerator and coffee machine, a washing machine, and a unique roof terrace. You can quickly get to the beach, the Carmel Market, Rothschild or wherever you want to go. So, if you're considering traveling to Tel Aviv, don't hesitate to go to Anat.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

As a female solo traveler it’s really refreshing to have quick and accurate communication. Fast wifi and very generous closet space made my stay truly comfortable. Thank you!

The unit was amazing. Converted store front into a 2 bedroom suite- it’s like having 2 hotel rooms with a shared common area. right on the beach. Could not be any closer. View of sunset every evening and easy to access beach and restaurants. Clean, spacious and modern with a basic kitchen and automated blinds and shutters, nice touch. Hosts were very proactive and flexible. Checked up regularly and ensured we had all we needed. Instructions were clear and detailed. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful and in a great location . I wouldn’t say the sea view is fantastic - but you do see the sea . We loved the space, the design, the modernness and comfort of the living room. Kitchen was very functional. Master bed was Very comfortable but the 2 other queen beds were very hard. Marc is easy to reach and immediately responded to any issues or needs Great space for a large group and excellent location with short walks to the beach , Jaffa and many amazing restaurants. Air conditioner worked wonderfully as we had a hot and humid week and needed to come back and rest during the heat of the day. Overall an amazing stay !!

This apartment is beautiful!! We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and neat! The view is breathtaking!! The host is so easygoing and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this apartment!

great place. magnificent house with great garden and excellent location. near the beach. quite side street bit away from the center. Great hosts. very clean and well equipped. roomy (we a family of six felt space for everyone). recommend highly!

Joey was an excellent host and super responsive. Everything was perfect!

So I want to say I gave this a 5 star even with a bunch of issues and I’ll tell you why. One issue was the ac it broken a few times but everytime I messaged they replied right away and it was fixed with in a day or the same day. Again this isn’t someone’s fault it’s a machine. The second issue the pool was closed but again maintenance because of what’s going on in Israel it was easy to understand why no one would go to a pool in a roof 30 stories high with rockets flying over head. The location is great you are on the beach by one block and in the center of it all !! I legit can walk to the marina in 15 minutes. Jaffo in 15 minutes the beach in 30 seconds lol the shuk and allenby are with in a few blocks. It’s legit prime location. It has the best view from the balcony you can see the beach and the whole Tel Aviv city in a panorama view. Even with issues this is a great place and great people.

An amazing and esthetics place. I truly felt at home. Great Garden for relaxing and have a beer. Erica is amazing too, very welcoming and answer every question with a smile. I surely plan to come again with the kids next time...

Despite multiple date changes before our arrival, Keren was always patient and responsive. Once we arrived, she was there to greet us. Jet-lagged after a long flight, Keren kept things simple. She was immediately responsive to any issues we had, even to the point of getting her brother to help us connect to the internet! She checked in with us often to see if everything was okay, which was much appreciated. Keren's place is a beautifully renovated old building overlooking the port of Jaffa. It is spacious and comfortable, and due to its location a great place just to rest comfortably in private, or explore the sites and sounds of an ancient port city. The only sad note is that we had to leave!

It was great to be back at the Marina by the beach. We love the location & the view. We hope to be back next year🙏🙏🙏

L’appartement était en tout point conforme à la description. Yelena nous a gentiment accueillis et a répondu à chacune de nos sollicitations durant le séjour. Un grand merci à elle ! La situation de l’appartement est idéale : proximité de la plage surveillée (il suffit de traverser la rue et on accède à la plage en « lagon »), proximité de tous les commerces. Place parking privative très facile d’accès. Bien pratique. Immeuble récent avec concierge/gardien dans le hall et ils sont tous très sympas. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique et les couchers et levers de soleil sont des moments privilégiés. Grande terrasse pour en profiter. Appartement bien équipé et confortable. Nous reviendrons chez Yelena dès que possible lors d’un prochain séjour sur Bat Yam !

Vanessa was on site most of the time and always answered our queries and was very approachable The studio was close to the busstop to TelAviv etc which was good. We could walk to the Mall and the new site Piano for supermarket chemist etc The kitchen needs a lot of improvement as really couldn’t do more than breakfast and salads We would come again though as we liked the position of the apartment for us but it’s no good if you want a beach holiday I’m afraid. Especially in the heat for the walk

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

הדירה יפה ודי מרווחת, מתאימה למשפחה של 5-6 אנשים. הנוף שנשקף מהחלונות מהמם ביופיו, בדיוק כמו בתמונות. הדירה ממוקמת בבניין ששוכן ממש על קו החוף ולמי שאוהב ים זה יתרון אדיר. אנחנו בילינו כמעט כל יום מספר שעות בחוף המוסדר שנמצא ממש מתחת וזה היה כיף אדיר. כמו כן יש טיילת יפה שמתחילה ממש קרוב לבניין ונחמד לטייל בה. על אף הקרבה לחוף ולטיילת, הדירה מאד שקטה. בדירה מטבח קטן עם כיריים גז ותנור אפייה וניתן לבשל. כמו כן, מול הדירה יש סופר קטן וזה מאד נוח, אם צריך השלמות של מצרכים. עד כאן היה מושלם. החסרון היחיד מבחינתנו היה העובדה שהמזגנים בחדרי השינה לא עבדו כהלכה (אחד לא ממש קירר והשני השפריץ מים), נדרש לתקן. לעומתם המזגן המרכזי בסלון עבד מצוין והשתמשנו בעיקר בו לקירור הבית. לקחת בחשבון שהמארחים אינם זמינים למענה לפניות בשבת, אם צריך משהו כדאי לתפוס אותם לפני כניסת שבת. תודה מוריס ויצחק, נהננו מאד מהחופשה שלנו.

דירה מעולה! שכרתי את הדירה ליומיים והתארגנתי בה לקראת החתונה שלי. היה מושלם, נקי, מואר ונעים. הדירה נהדרת לחופשה סמוך לטיילת וחוף אולגה ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך, וגם מתאימה להתארגנות של כלות כמוני - יש כיסאות בר, כיסאות נמוכים, הרבה מראות גוף ותאורת יום טבעית טובה. בעלי הנכס היו זמינים ואדיבים ואני ממליצה מאוד מכל הלב!

We stayed at Joel's place from July 31 – Sept. 3, 2023. Before we arrived, we had some questions. We contacted the host (Joel) and he responded immediately with all the information we needed. When we arrived the place was very clean. We were 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) and the place accommodated us very comfortably. It had everything you needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. It faces the sea and you get an unobstructed view. We spent many a mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the sea. There were a couple of minor issues when we were there but they were attended to immediately by the hosts and did not cause us any inconvenience. On a couple of occasions, the hosts came around with wine and cake including a very tasty apple pie baked by Joel. The hosts are very nice people who did everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience all around and we would not hesitate to stay there again.
