We offer a recently built, self contained detached annexe in a quiet, rural cul de sac in the heart of south Somerset. Perfectly suited for one, the property includes kitchen, shower room + wc and bedroom with sat tv. The village of South Petherton has excellent amenities offering a host of shops together with two restaurants and a welcoming local pub. We also have good transport links (A303) to Yeovil, Taunton, Bristol etc and are only a 30 minute drive from the delightful Jurassic Coast.

Our cosy shepherds hut offers stunning views of West Dorset. The perfect place to escape & relax. Light the fire pit & watch the stars in our wood fired hot tub or snuggle up inside, in front of the roaring wood burner. Wake up to panoramic views from your bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with mini fridge, oven & hob. The bathroom has a shower & flushing loo. Catkins is equipped with a great selection of board games & reading. It's a wonderful escape any time of year.

Rabbit Cottage, cosy, convenient & central

Rabbit Cottage is a lovely restored cosy cottage close to the town centre, which sleeps 3. It also has outdoor space and TVs in both bedrooms. It is the perfect base for exploring the stunning surrounding area such as the Jurassic Coast and more. Whether your stay is for work or pleasure then Rabbit Cottage has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The historic stone built country market town of Crewkerne has some fabulous eateries, shops, bars, swimming pool and more.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Located in Netherbury village seven miles from the beach, The Laundry Room is a self-contained, self-catering annexe adjoining a 200-year-old cottage. There are stunning views, places to visit and plenty of walking opportunities.
