An area with many Marinas, catering facilities on and around the water, and within walking distance of the town´s center. The houseboat has a view of the lake and has all the comforts. Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
