The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

Welcome at Haus Theda! Built in 2023, the scandinavian style low-energy house is situated with its "sister house", Haus Swanhild, in a garden district near the lake of Fockbek. Its barrier-free and light-flooded interieur is defined by an open gallery space with a combined kitchen dining and living room with stove and sofa/double bed, next to a sweet sleeping room for two. A galery space upstairs invites for relaxed moments and sleeping aswell. The veranda is equiped for outdoor living.

The 1950s industrial monument found its new determination after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available to vacationers who are looking for something special with every comfort. On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. It is located in Neufelderkoog directly on the North Sea coast about 20 minutes from Brunsbüttel and 10 minutes from Marne. It is located in a secluded location in the tranquility of the marsh. The lake dyke is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take a walk. Neufelder harbor is also just a few minutes away.
