We rent our cozy, 45 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor of an old villa, with a large south balcony, on the old sea dike of Carolinensiel. It is our 2nd home and offers a relaxing retreat on 2 levels. Within walking distance of the Museum Harbor Carolinensiel, you can reach restaurants and cafes. A big supermarket is in the neighborhood. Directly from the apartment, many cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore. There are plenty of maps on site.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

Moin and welcome to our cozy , 26 m² apartment, which offers an unobstructed view of the lighthouse and the houses of Norderney. We live quietly in Norden-Ostermarsch , but reach the beaches of Norddeich or Neßmersiel in 8 km each. Exciting bike rides can be started from here. For your bicycles, there is a lockable room. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette . No pets are permitted by us.

The apartment 8 is a cute attic studio for 2 people. Since it is only accessible via a spiral staircase, we only recommend this apartment to young couples. The sloping ceilings create the special atmosphere in this studio. This apartment has a living/sleeping room with cooking facilities and separate bathroom. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it from us on site.
