Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St. Gallen 1:00h.

Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The apartment is just as fantastically beautiful as it looks in the photos. You come in and feel comfortable and we have rarely lived as quietly as here on the roof of the company in an industrial area. Around the corner, you can go directly into the forest and also start numerous bike tours in the area from here. Margit is a great host, we'd love to come back.

We only had a 2 day stay and were barely in the property. This was clean, neat, and functional. I was happy about the tub bath.
