From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Rural, very quiet location, but still central. Short ways to Wismar or Schwerin. Only a 5-minute walk to the lake. A magical playground in the village. Starting at 8 a.m., you can buy fresh rolls and newspapers at Joanna's Markt in the village. Sit back and enjoy this quiet, stylish hostel!

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The Fuchsbau vacation home is located on the old estate of the Laase forest estate with an idyllic wooded park, very quiet. It has its own terrace with garden (the lawn is just sown and is green from June 2024). The estate offers plenty of space for nature lovers and families with children.
