It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Das Apartment hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine kleine „Weinterrasse“. Das Haus ist denkmalgeschützt, sodass der ein oder andere Durchgang mal etwas niedriger ist. Aber gerade das macht das Apartment so gemütlich. Zudem ist es stylisch und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.

The “Rosengärtchen” is a top-class holiday apartment in the oldest wine town in Germany, directly on the Moselle. It can be rented as a "Junior Suite" with just one bedroom for 2 people (basic price when booking with two people). For 20 €/day more, the apartment is also available as a "Senior Suite" for 2 people, which has separate bedrooms and want to enjoy the full luxury of the apartment. Guests are welcome to decide individually on site.
