Genieße den Semmering in einem romantischen 35m2 Apartment! Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn-Schlafzimmer ausgestattet mit einem Queen Size Bett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett für 2 , voll ausgestatteter Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, SAT TV, Wifi und gratis Parken. In nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das Zentrum oder den Skilift Hirschenkogel, weshalb das Apartment durch seine Lage ideal für einen Ski- und Snowboarurlaub im Winter, oder einen Wanderurlaub im Sommer geeignet ist.

Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 50€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 5€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 3€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.

Hofer vacation home

We, the Hofer family, warmly welcome you to our vacation home on our organic farm in Kirchberg am Wechsel. Our farm is located in the Bucklige Welt at the foot of the Wechsel directly at the so-called Molzkreuzung. This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your vacation with the highest level of comfort.

Villa Sebaldi: Pure summer fun

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

The house is 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa that folds out into a double bed in the living area. It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
