Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The vacation home is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forest farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather. The apartment has its own terrace. No Wi-Fi, good D2 network, please do not bring animals.

Diese gemütliche und zudem super zentral gelegene Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtkern der schönen Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bzw. Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.
