If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in the heart of the city of Evian, look no further and rent this one. It is located in a new quality building, simply but tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. The parking is very convenient and accessible by elevator from the apartment... but it seems to us, however, preferable not to have a very large vehicle. Note the particularly friendly and attentive welcome from Régina, and her fortunately very precise instructions to get to the building without taking into account the erroneous GPS indications (for now at least). The departure procedure couldn't be simpler. In summary: perfect in every way!

Clean apartment with a very nice view of the lake from the terrace, spacious parking space in the courtyard. However, no Wi-Fi and hygiene products for the bathroom.

Pleasant, comfortable and well located accommodation in the area of Evian. The parking space and convenience stores are really convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The flat is very central — perfect for exploring the city on foot. Although some of the ceilings are a bit low, it wasn’t a problem at all for my tall husband. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive; when we accidentally left a phone in the flat, they came quickly to help us retrieve it, which we really appreciated. We'd happily stay here again!

We liked the one week in winter very much. We were received in a very friendly manner by Ettienne and also seen off again. It was pleasantly quiet in the house

The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as described in the pictures. The view of the lake: wonderful. You can hear the street a little, but it's not loud because of the large park in front of the house. Check in was easy, communication totally uncomplicated. We would have liked to extend for another night, but unfortunately the apartment was already occupied again. Free parking directly in front of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, from detergent to shower gel, everything was available. You rarely experience this so comfortably. So all in all: top apartment at fair conditions! We would come back here anytime.

Beautiful studio, very well located, 10 min walk from the city center, very nice view. Street with a lot of traffic but closed door, it was decent. Great welcome from Frédéric giving us some info on restaurants and places to visit. Private parking space +++ because it is complicated to park in Evian. We'll be back👍🤩

Had a very nice stay in the accommodation of Christelle & Sebastien. The location is in a beautiful soothing environment and is close to the lake and various cities. The accommodation is clean and has all the facilities you may need. Communication with the hosts was friendly and fast. We definitely recommend this place!

Really great flat and location for a family holiday. Bright open space with a large decking area. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk down into town with nice shops, restaurants and waterfront. Got a good workout walking up the steep hill to the flat a couple of times a day! The local swimming pool was the best I’ve been to - we went several times swimming in the lake pool and heated open pool. Plenty of places to visit via car or ferry.

Excellent stay at Catherine and Marc's. The apartment located on the ground floor of a beautiful house is perfect, impeccably clean, very well equipped and very pleasant to live in. The parking space in the courtyard is a real plus. The lake is in front of the house and the city center is a 10-minute walk away. A huge thank you to Catherine for her warm welcome, kindness and benevolence. We will keep a wonderful memory of our stay! Our little dog also loved it, thank you again for accepting it. We had a pleasant stay. Area is beautiful. The apartment is spacious, good location. A nice view of the lake and a nice little exterior in a quiet area. The bedding is extremely average, too bad. The fridge is just suitable for 3 people. Good communication with Estelle, the owner.

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. Excellent extended weekend! The accommodation is within walking distance and very well located for visiting the city center.

This was my last accommodation at the end of my 75 days travelling around Europe. One of the best for sure! I originally booked for 4 nights, ended up staying 7! Luckly the place was available to do so. Spacious with everything you need. Comfortable bed, good bathroom/shower, good kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal (there is no oven, but a good microwave). Location is unbeatable, so close to everything yet, quiet and peaceful. This whole area is amazing with so much to do! If you have a car, even better. Parking can be tricky but I had no problems finding free parking at the top of town (you can use funiculaire to reach it). In town, free parking between 7pm-9am and on the weekends. We had a lovely stay at Amaury's. The love room is identical to the photo. Ideal location with parking in front of the accommodation. Spacious and very pleasant hot tub. Amaury is responsive, attentive and available. We 100% recommend this accommodation!
