it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

Beautiful house, right on Lake Geneva. Swimming area within walking distance (200m). Plenty of parking. Terrace around the house with lake and mountain views. Nice and quiet. Best accommodation I've ever had.

Muriel was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and greeted us in person. She made sure we felt right at home and gave us a few recommendations for hiking and sightseeing. Her place was thoughtfully decorated with antique wooden floors and walls, and we felt like there was a story behind every detail. She also greeted us in the morning and ensured we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to come back!

Very well located accommodation, in a quiet alley. The parking spot is in front of the unit. Very nice view of one end of the lake from the terrace. Upon arrival a kit with coffee and tea is available, as well as cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and vacuum cleaner. But remember to take soaps, shower gels and dish soap.

We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

Beautiful stay, peaceful and bucolic, with the impression of enjoying the nature from the inside! We recommend this peaceful haven near Lausanne.

Jaid's apartment is as shown in the pictures, you feel comfortable and everything you need is available. It is located in the pedestrian zone, so you have to park in the parking garage or possibly at the top of the mountain at the funicular. If you stay longer, you can buy a discounted parking space in advance on the Internet, which we unfortunately found out too late.

Very nice apartment with a great view and very bright. The apartment is very clean and functional. We had everything we needed to spend these few days. Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable (icy rain) but since the apartment is very nice, it was not a problem to stay indoors. Thank you to our hosts for their continued kindness and help . We won't hesitate to return!

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very pleasant city, just a stone's throw from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay. Area is beautiful. The apartment is spacious, good location. A nice view of the lake and a nice little exterior in a quiet area. The bedding is extremely average, too bad. The fridge is just suitable for 3 people. Good communication with Estelle, the owner.

Everything was great. Smooth check-in and check-out. The house was spacious for us - 4 adults with 2 kids. The view was amazing and the area green and quiet. It‘s also a great location to explore the lake and the mountains .

Absolutely perfect for a place to stay in Évian. Very clean and modern apartment, the A/C was a godsend in the very hot weather we experienced, and it’s a great location right on the lake and a 5 minute walk from town. Host was great, couldn’t fault it at all!

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!
