Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Neuville-sur-Oise

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, tolle und ruhige Lage. Check-in und /-out total unkompliziert. Alles super!

We had a wonderful time in Richard’s beautiful house - everyone loved the stay so much, including the kids! The house is absolutely perfect, especially for a large group who wants to spend time together but still enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended, we will try to come back next year!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

We stayed in the house for a few days with eight people and had a wonderful time. The house and garden offer plenty of space for long meals together and activities such as badminton, table tennis and boules. From the house, you can't see any other buildings; the view of the trees and landscape surrounding the house is magical and calming. The only negative point I have to mention is that there wasn't enough toilet paper, cleaning cloths, and garbage bags. When we asked, we were told we would have to get them ourselves from the supermarket. Given the high rent, I'd assume I wouldn't have to buy garbage bags myself.

La maison est exceptionnelle et l’hôte l’est tout autant. Tout était parfait, dans les moindres détails et attentions. C’était même mieux que tout ce que j’ai pu voir/imaginer. L’hôte est adorable et nous a fait un super accueil. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit et je reviendrai sans aucun doute!

un havre de paix a une heure de paris j’y étais un week end avec mes enfants qui ont passé un moment merveilleux merci à célestin pour sa réactivité ses conseils et sa disponibilité je recommande vivement aux familles en quête d un instant de détente au fond des bois :)

Thierry has created a unique experience for guests that is sure to leave a lasting memory. The house has a depth of character and charm that will exceed your imagination, the vast quantity of books and objects is enough to satisfy a weeks worth of housebound curiosity... and we haven't even mentioned the garden yet. Sprawling and wild yet intimate and private all at the same time, this series of garden 'rooms' and pools feature frogs, fish, and beautiful water lilies to rival Monets own. We found our new home rustic, rambling and utterly charming. The location is superb, a short stroll to the charming shops, galleries and attractions. The beds were warm and comfortable and the private garden setting ensured a quiet, restful nights sleep. Thierry himself however was the greatest treasure; we simply could not have felt more welcome. His care and attention surpassed any host experience any of us have enjoyed before and we cannot recommend this stay highly enough.

Perfektes Haus für eine entspannte Auszeit mit Freunden Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – ideal zum Chillen, umgeben von herrlicher Natur und absoluter Ruhe. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage super praktisch: Man ist in kurzer Zeit in Paris – sowohl mit dem Zug als auch mit dem Auto problemlos machbar. Wir haben beides ausprobiert, ganz unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und gleichzeitig perfekt angebunden – absolute Empfehlung!

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

This apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to Paris! It was close to so many restaurants and cafes, yet was quiet when we were ready for sleep. It had A/C, which you don’t find in every apartment, which made it comfortable during the hot days. Charlotte was a very responsive host—super quick to reply to our questions. We would stay there again!

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Blick ins Grüne auf der einen Seite, sensationeller Blick auf Paris von der Terrasse und dazwischen eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind dank Montmartre mit den zahlreichen Treppen fitter zurück gekommen.

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

Alexis was very helpful before arrival and quick to respond. Aubrey welcomed us and worked hard to make certain the apartment was ready upon arrival. The location was outstanding. The apartment is unique and has a lot of light and great blackout blinds, when needed. The skylight in the bedroom was extra nice. We really enjoyed the multiple balcony views looking out at the Louvre and both directions up and down Rue de Rivoli. The upstairs bedroom would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The shower was nice and spacious. At the time of our stay there was only a handheld shower, but it wasn't a problem for us. There were many restaurant options within a short distance. It was easy to catch a taxi at the nearby hotel Regina. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Absolutely loved our stay at Laurence place 🥰 We wanted a quiet relaxing place to spend a few days and it’s exactly what we got and more. We’ve felt at home the moment we’ve arrived. Everything you need is there and a plus, the village is only a 10 mins walk from the property with all the amenities you can think of. Laurence is absolutely charming and was very proactive in n giving us all the helpful information. She also took us to visit the Château de Chantilly, which was wonderful inside and out. We also went to the Friday market to Senlis, a beautiful place and market full of great food and more. In a nutshell, our 5 days stay at Laurence was perfect and I’m certainly we’ll be back at some point. We highly recommend this property, you won’t regret it.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Un cadre idéal pour un séjour en famille. Le lieu est très agréable et propice au repos, parfait pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons eu l’occasion de croiser Laurent, un hôte aussi sympathique que réactif. Ce fut un vrai plaisir, nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de revenir dans ce petit havre de paix !
