This old farm from 1878, completely renovated by us, is located at the end of a path and at the foot of the start of hiking trails, the house is in the heart of nature, an ideal setting for a stay in the countryside and a complete disconnection for two, with family or friends! At the edge of the forest, on your private terrace, you will enjoy the wonderful sunset over the plain and the beautiful starry nights. Walks in the forest behind the property, swimming, hiking, visits to historical places. 12 km away, the dynamic village of Luzy offers a farmers' market, all shops.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

In Southern Burgundy, on the heights of Digoin, La Motte Saint-Jean, a former territory of vineyards offers exceptional panoramas to discover with the many hiking trails. In Digoin, see the Loire and the canal bridge, the barge rides, the earthenware museum, and the starting point of the greenway. 15 minutes away, Paray-le-Monial and its basilica. 35 minutes away, in the nearby Allier, LE PAL will enchant you. Discovering animals in their adapted living environment is magical.

The "L'Ermitage des Pré'O" gîte is located in the heart of the Burgundian countryside, in the Saône-et-Loire department at the gates of Morvan. Very peaceful place with absolute tranquility where you can relax and unwind in the middle of this beautiful countryside. Ideal for nature lovers. This small 72 m2 single-storey house has been completely renovated. Yard, garden and fenced parking. 30 minutes from Le Pal Park.
