Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Honestly such a nice place it's worth staying more than one night. A quiet and beautiful neighborhood showed what was to come inside the home. A large and wonderfully decorated bedroom with an absolutely pristine bathroom; the shower looked like it was newly installed it was so clean. Nice hand soaps and towels provided in the kitchen. The bed was on a little on the hard side for my liking but I still slept well. The house was also the perfect temperature for cold-blooded me; I felt nice and toasty. Wendy herself was very friendly as were her cute cats!

Katie was responsive and accommodating with questions and requests. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but close enough for an easy walk to the ISU campus. Highly recommend this place to those looking for a peaceful home away from home!

April’s place was wonderful. I was really comfortable during my stay, and was even accommodating with things that really wasn’t a must but just to make sure that I had everything I needed I was granted the little things. And I appreciate it. If I am ever in Iowa, Aprils place will always be my stay if available. Thanks again you guys.

Deborah‘s place was incredibly spacious and charming. Lovely old-fashioned furnishings in the sitting and dining areas, exceptionally large kitchen plus an additional pantry. Kitchen was well supplied. The bathroom is very small, but functional. Overall very comfortable. Large backyard, easy parking. The neighborhood was very quiet, easy walking distance to downtown

A great location, with easy access to downtown and a short bus ride from campus. Right next to Brookside park, which was lovely for a stroll and a morning run. Steven was great, super welcoming, and I couldn’t have had a better host or location. I would recommend earplugs for light sleepers as the trains are audible from the house.
