A 10-minute walk from the Canal du Midi, in a village of Occitania, 12 km from the tourist town of Narbonne, 30 km from the sea and 40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, this charming house is a former "ramonétage". You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

A 3-minute walk from all shops: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco/newstand, hairdresser, beautician, laundromat and restaurants. Also great for traveling workers!
