Monthly Rentals in New Brighton Park

We stayed at Paul’s for a couple of nights and it was exactly what we needed! Just outside of busier parts of Vancouver, it only took us 10+min to get where we wanted to go. There were lots of instructions and helpful tips incase we didn’t want to drive as well. Parking in the alley was a little tight but it was nice to have a dedicated space. The space itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The space is comfortable (we slept so well!) & exactly as described. Access to outside space was a bonus, the neighborhood is full of great spots, it was quiet. Would definitely book again.

This house was perfect for our girls trip! We did okay with all 12 of us sharing 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was tight, but we were able to move to/from the living room easily. The backyard was such a special retreat! We were able to fit everyone on the lawn to do yoga which was so fun! Def recommend for a big group.

Had a great stay — everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful. Thank you for being a wonderful host!
