Monthly Rentals in New Brighton

Lovely apartment, comfy beds and great location. Easy check in and good communication from hosts. Was a perfect place for us to stay whilst we visited family and would definitely book again.

Great modern property overlooking the beach and with views of Liverpool and life on the Mersey. The dog loved looking out the French doors to the street and beach below….our garden clearly not as interesting since we returned! We chose this property due to the beach side location but was also easy to access Anfield for the Bruce Springsteen concert (we chose to Uber but train would also have been a good option). Off-road parking with assigned bay was also an added bonus. Our only issue was that we struggled to operate the (very modern) oven but our techno-savvy daughter was able to rescue us before we had to ask for help! A great stay and we shall definitely return again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ken’s flat. Communication was excellent—Ken was responsive and made everything smooth from booking to check-out. The flat was clean, cosy, and exactly as described, with convenient on-road parking right in front. We especially appreciated the thoughtful local tips provided on the kitchen notice board—they were super helpful for exploring the area. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful little flat very close to everything in New Brighton. Stayed here with my mum and great to have a bathroom and bedroom each. Very cosy and has everything you could need! Would stay here again.
