Monthly Rentals in New Hampton

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed — comfy beds, quality linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. No issues at all during our stay. The host was excellent — super responsive and kind. We accidentally left something behind, and they reached out right away to confirm and offered to send it back. Really appreciated that level of care. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ricky's place was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's very close to downtown Middletown. The weather wasn't so great so we spent a lot of time in the Airbnb and despite it being pretty small, it was spacious enough for 2 and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in. Ricky was also very responsive and understanding. Instructions were clear and the guides for the area looked very in depth! Would gladly return if I am in the area again.

Was a great experience. Easy to find. The host sent pictures to make sure we knew where to go and everything was as described. When we needed something they were attentive and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

I would definitely recommend Katty’s. It is an extremely clean little house in a safe neighborhood and easy walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. The house has off street parking, a nice porch to sit outside, a new kitchen with all the basics, a new clean bathroom and lots of little things to make it feel comfortable. Katty was very responsive and helpful. I was just traveling through the area and stayed here as opposed to staying at a hotel and was extremely pleased. It would definitely be comfortable for a couple or a small family, but it does not have a lot of comfortable furniture if you are a larger group though it may still be a totally good economical, offering, as there is plenty of space. There is only air conditioning in the top floor, where there are two beds. The downstairs which has one bedroom and office and a living room room/kitchen dining room only has heating, but it was totally comfortable when I stayed there with the windows open.
