Holiday rentals with a patio in New Hanover County

I hope other hosts I've stayed with don't see this review because Cathy was by far one of the best and most a welcoming hosts I've ever stayed with! Her place was immaculate and very homey, not to mention a perfect location only a few blocks from downtown, but just far enough to still be in a quiet neighborhood. 10/10, would stay again (and probably will!)

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay here! The Loft was just like the pictures—beautiful and clean! We would absolutely stay here again. It is located in a great spot we were able to take a short walk to a couple restaurants, as well as the beach. The hosts had very precise details on check in and check out, they made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend staying here!

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Everything was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The microwave is in a bad place. It would be better on the counter. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed at this Airbnb for three days and had a wonderful experience! The place was super clean, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. One of the nicest surprises was how kind the neighbors were someone even left a note on our car to let us know we’d accidentally left a light on. It really added a personal touch and made us feel cared for. The location was great too only about 20 minutes from the beach and a waterpark, Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Wilmington!

Ariana was an absolute incredible host. She was kind and responsive and very proactive on answering any of our questions. This house has an incredible feel to it and she had everything you could possibly need! We will definitely be staying here again 💜

We had a fabulous 2-night stay at Sam’s place this week! We came down from upstate SC for our daughter’s freshman orientation at UNCW. The location was GREAT! It was a less than 5 min drive to campus, and anything else we needed was very nearby, too. The house was lovely: cute, updated, super clean, private and quiet. The beds were comfy and we felt right at home. Excellent communication by Sam. I’m already planning to book again for future trips to visit our daughter at college. We absolutely loved our stay at Crane on Dock! The home is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed - everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring. The location couldn’t be better! We loved being among gorgeous historic homes and just a short walk to Front Street with its shops, restaurants, and rich local charm. We had a blast on the Old Wilmington Ghost Tour (love history!) and enjoyed some delicious food at local gems like I Love NY Pizza, Front St Brewery, Gelarto, and Nautical Bowls. Having our dog with us made the trip even better, and the home was wonderfully pet-friendly. It was such a treat to include our furry family member in our vacation! Paula, the owner, was fantastic - responsive, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. And with Wrightsville Beach less than 20 minutes away, we had the perfect mix of city charm and beach bliss. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

I had a great 5-day stay at Jennifer’s place! She was incredibly nice and always responded very quickly whenever I had a question or needed something. The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, and very comfortable. It’s also in a convenient location—not far from restaurants and Walmart, which made things really easy during my stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back again!

The Frenchie was fantastic and we loved staying here! The neighborhood felt safe and the back yard was a huge bonus with kids. There was one bedroom separated from the others, which ended up being perfect for my brother, who doesn’t have kids and appreciated the privacy and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again during our next trip to Wilmington.

This air bnb was great for our stay. The house itself was awesome and the beds were really comfortable. The neighborhood was fine driving distance to all things, but did not feel the safest walking home at night. All in all it was a good place to stay and the house itself had everything you could need when staying away from home. Kyler was quick to respond when our lock code wasn't working, and we had the problem solved in less than 5 minutes, so that was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The highlight for us was how kid-friendly it was – the high chair and kids utensils and plates were great. The outdoor space was fantastic, providing the perfect spot for relaxing and playing. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better – just a short drive to the beach. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and easy getaway!

Super awesome place! Location is the best part of this condo. Although it can get loud on the weekend nights, it is central to downtown and you can easily walk anywhere. This place is clean and cozy. We will be back!

Chad was fantastic! Super sweet and attentive! Place felt bigger in person! Loved the way it was decorated and glitter ceilings was a nice touch! Loved the location and easy beach access! Would stay again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

We so enjoyed our stay! The property was just as pictured and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Morgan was responsive and proactive, as well!

It was the perfect place for a quick work trip! The place was cute, and the perfect size for a couple!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

Lovely condo! Perfect size for my husband and I and the amenities provided were perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy and the private pool/beach access was awesome. Tony messaged me when they were unable to message through Airbnb to make sure I had everything I need!!
