Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. Our Studio is a private, cosy and comfortable space in a quiet residential location. Ideal for a restful break after a day out exploring the Lake District. Historic Kendal is known as the "Gateway to The Lakes" as Bowness & Windermere are an 8 mile drive away. Kendal Town Centre is a 20 min walk for the shops/Brewery Arts Centre/Bus & Kendal Rail Station. TRAVELLING: For guests travelling by rail - Oxenholme Rail Station is a 7 min taxi drive. J36 & J37 on the M6 are approx 10 min drive.

Our attached home Annexe (small bungalow) was built to a high standard four years ago (2016) and is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac located about 20 minutes walk from Kendal centre along the old canal cycle way. The facility comprises:-OWN ENTRANCE , lounge/kitchenette,shower room, double bedroom , dressing 2nd bedroom , off road adjacent parking , dedicated private outdoor space and a secure area for cycles. We are ideally suited for trips to the Lakes, Morecambe Bay and the Dales.
