Holiday rentals with a fireplace in New Jersey

Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

My family stayed here for a reunion, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and matched the photos exactly. It was just a few steps from the beach and it was so nice being able to hear the waves crash at night. The elevator was a huge plus for my older relatives and the third-floor suite ended up being the perfect rainy day hangout spot! They loved the pool table!We made so many special memories together and truly loved our stay. We'd definitely come back again and would recommend to anybody thinking about booking!

The apartment is excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again. It is spacious, well equipped with all items for all occasions, and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and convenient. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10-minute easy drive from Princeton.

100% recommending this to family and friends, very easy to check in and check out.

We absolutely loved this house! Heather and Andrew were fantastic hosts friendly, responsive, and helpful. They answered all of our questions promptly and gave an excellent recommendations. The outdoor space was great and it helped to keep the kids entertained even when the weather didn’t cooperate. The house itself was spotless, well maintained, and felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family friendly beach getaway!

This spot is worth every penny!! The amazing views, the roof deck, all the bedrooms/bathrooms. We had amazing communication with Michael leading up to the stay. We felt very informed prior to check in. If you’re a first time visitor he really knows his stuff. We have been coming down for decades and this was the best stay we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back again :)

What an a beautiful, peaceful, lovely home May has shared. There were 6 of us on this trip and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. My favorite thing to do was sit on the porch each morning to enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and the living area was welcoming. We had a small problem but May was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly. We would love to return again

She has gone to great lengths to accurately describe the home in detail so there are no surprises. *Read all of the info she has provided!* Home: * clean * very roomy * well laid out * thoughtfully decorated but not cluttered * very well supplied kitchen and bathrooms * soaking tub 👍👍 * comfortable beds * customizable temps in bedrooms * AMAZING game selection Our visit was in summer; the home would be perfect for wintertime skiing. Our group, just fyi: 9 adults and 1 crawling infant. Two adults are senior citizens who don't handle stairs well, so we planned to stay in, play games, cook our meals, and just enjoy family time. This BNB was perfect for that. Once they took the stairs to get inside, they were very comfortable on the first floor where most of our activity was. The baby gate, high chair, and portable crib were so appreciated.

Migdalia’s place was perfect for our stay. We especially appreciated that there were two bathrooms and three full size bedrooms. Shower pressure was very good and beds big and comfortable. We were really happy that the apartment had umbrellas we could borrow for rainy days. Only 15 minutes walk to the train station and the train took you straight to NY Penn station. If we ever come back to NYC, we would love to book this place again. We highly recommend to everyone searching for clean and comfortable place to stay in the vicinity of NYC.

Emily’s place was more than I expected. They had quality sheets and blankets(sooo soft), quality kitchenware and good TP! Additionally the location was fantastic, I absolutely fell in love with Hoboken. I felt safe and had tons of great little stores to walk to. Definitely recommend!

Isaac’s apartment was absolutely wonderful, offering a stunning view of New York City from the rooftop. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. We truly appreciated the classic New York-style architecture and admired the high ceilings, which added so much character to the place. Isaac was super responsive and extremely prompt. One small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were wheelchair access for elderly people or a ramp to assist with bringing up heavy luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay—peaceful, stylish, and full of charm. We would love to come back again and again, and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

My girlfriends and I absolutely loved our girls trip at Natalia’s in Princeton!! She has a beautiful, spacious home, well-furnished and had plenty of bathroom space for the 5 of us. I was so pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the area was. The backyard is large and scenic with trees and shrubbery that make the space feel quite private. The large windows in the foyer and back sliding doors also let in such beautiful natural light. Natalia was an awesome host, checking in proactively and always anticipating our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. We were in town for a long weekend girl’s trip. 6 of us fit comfortably in the apartment. We were there in the off season (mid/late Feb) so parking was super easy. Easy 10-12 min walk to Congress Hall and Washington Street Mall. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and you can’t beat the view.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Villa. Manish was very helpful and welcoming. Location is amazing - beautiful view and so peaceful. We appreciated the fire pit and being able to use the kayaks. Thanks so much!

If I could give more stars I would! Anthony’s home was a lovely, peaceful get a way, close to the water and had everything we needed. Anthony was very accommodating to our late check out needs and super responsive! The hot tub was the perfect touch to make it feel like we were kings for a few days. Hopefully we can come back here next year we visit Cape May!
