Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in New Jersey

Meghan’s house was in a great location. Very close to the beach/boardwalk and great for what we needed, although the house was a little messy, floors were definitely not swept or mopped, bathroom was a little dirty, mattresses had a lot of hair on them, and a lot of broken drawers/cabinets. Overall the stay was good for what it was used for. House was decorated so beautifully for a bungalow beach house and it was perfect for what we needed.

Comfy apartment (with a great shower) in a lovely neighbourhood. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus route to get into NYC. Estefania was a great host. Would recommend this rental.

This rental is definitely 5 stars. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The owner Robert was so nice and responded right away if I had any questions. The house was beautiful and had all the amenties you could possibly need. Such a great experience and highly suggest this location to others!

Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful visit over NYE! It was so easy to get the ferry or an Uber to get into NYC. The view from the apartment is fantastic and the apt itself is comfortable. We would definitely stay again ☺️.

Our stay was great ! The place is just like described in the photos ! Dayana is a great host and was quick to respond to all my queries and provided me with extra essentials when requested for ! The area has restaurants and grocery stores nearby too ! The driveway is bit narrow for parking a standard size SUV in the garage in the backside of the rental unit. But we were able to park it with no issues !

Definitely recommend this for anyone coming to Asbury Park. We were in town for Sea Hear Now, and could easily walk to and from the festival/boardwalk each day. But it was especially nice because all the good coffee shops / restaurants are no more than a five minute walk away, so I got to experience the city in a really great way. The place had everything I needed, was right on the little river, and was super easy to park. Would definitely come back again next year!

Pedro's place is immaculate. Cannot say enough, Very tidy, clean and homey and most of all Pedro is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He goes over an beyond for his guest. I have been using Airbnb for 13 years, this is my first time encountering such a welcoming host. Thank you Pedro! Will definitely be back.

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

I was in the area for a event and this place was very close to it. The house was as described in the listing and in the pictures. The kitchen, while I didn’t use it was very well stocked with anything you could need.

I enjoyed my stay. This location was ideal and the inside and the backyard was gorgeous. Was enough space for us and the hosts were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Def will rebook here when I need some time away!

Michele was very easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our stay. The place is unexpectedly spacious, even more so than the photos let on! Great neighborhood as well.

My stay at Frankie’s was nothing short of a pleasurable experience. Not only was the house spotless and stocked with everything I may need, Frankie was extremely flexible, and responsive to all my questions leading up to and during my stay. The location is perfect with great walk ability to the beach and restaurants. I look forward to booking again in the future for a peaceful retreat to the Jersey Shore and a thank you to Frankie for his great hosting.

We had such a wonderful stay. Philip’s place was just as listed in the listing. The view was incredible! Gio was such a big help with directions, navigating the bus route (which was super easy), and recommending places to eat. We would 100% stay again.

we thought Dan,& Diane were great host. Beautiful place and my Dog,and Bird had a wonderful time.The unit was very clean,great AC,and Ice maker. You could not of asked for anything more,the 6 boat slips in front of you, (Private people) were nothing but polite and we enjoyed many conversations with some of them.The large porch with a gate was one of our favorite parts.You can walk to restaurants, Bar, and lots of entertainment. ( Fishing, silver Bullet) We think we would book this place again, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME. It's not real big,( inside) but all you need TV,coffee maker, Toaster,plates,bowls,microwave, and plates,bowls, silverware. I rate the place a 10,and can't wait until we can go back. Thank you Dan,Diane, for your professionalism, and your warm hearts. We appreciated our treats for our dog. God Bless you both,until we meet again. P.S. Tell Your neighbor, nice meeting them.

It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

This place was perfect for my clinical rotation! Highly recommend!
