The historic milk house at French River is a very special place. We think it is even more beautiful there than the photos can capture. From the moment we pulled up until the moment we drove away, we felt very lucky. The unit itself is restful, comfortable and well equipped. The location is just breathtaking - amazing views, several ways to access a quiet sandy beach, the lighthouse, rustling grasses and fields, birds, bees... thank you so much for our stay! We wish we were still there in PEI. :-)

KING BED - 5 bdrm farmhouse - close to the beach!

We stayed at Tiffany’s farmhouse for two weeks, as my partner was working between Summerside and Charlottetown. We decided to make it a family trip, which included us four, plus four more adults. The location is close to a ton of nice north shore beaches, and is roughly midway between the coasts, which is awesome for exploring different parts of PEI. The house is well appointed, modernized century farmhouse. Lots of rooms and outdoor spaces to spread out for some quiet if you’re part of a large group. The aesthetic is calming and welcoming. The star of the house is clearly the kitchen island, where we spent a lot of time cooking, eating, playing games (play Code Names!), and laughing. Our first week was in a bit of a heatwave. The second floor is only cooled by window a/c units in two of the bedrooms. If you’re used to central air, this might be bothersome. Overall, our stay was GREAT and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay and stretch out.

Ken and his wife Lynn are wonderful and welcoming hosts ready to answer questions and give good practical advice. It was a wonderful experience.

Great family stay at the cottage! The bedroom setup was great, especially with a little one and it was very cozy to have the open space for family meals. If you have kiddos on the move, bring a gate because there is a set of stairs that go down to the laundry room. Location is so close to the entire island and very accessible to get mostly anywhere. Angela was always responsive to any questions and we will definitely be recommending others to stay here as well!
