A true haven away from home, enjoy the cherry blossom courtyard in spring and the juicy pink lady apples in summer!

Lovely flat in Greater London with a balcony

This is a 2-bed flat which I m renting as an entire propertry when I am on holiday as I love travelling, so availability is limited. Please note that, as this is not a professional rental, you will be staying in someone's home. The flat is in a lovely, quiet street, very centrally located in Kingston upon Thames. Within 5 mins walk, there is river Thames and Surbiton train station which gets you to Waterloo London station in 20 mins. Easy access to central London, Heathrow/ Gatwick airports.

We had a wonderful stay with Hannah and Freddie on our first trip to the UK from India. They were incredibly warm and welcoming—truly made us feel at home away from home. When we requested a table and chair for work, Fred set it up right away without hesitation. We had full access to the kitchen and received great tips for local sightseeing and pubs. Their two adorable boys, Joe and Till, also greeted us with such friendliness. We had the entire upper floor to ourselves, ensuring complete privacy throughout. The house is very well connected by public transport—just a 4-minute walk to Norbiton station and only 2 minutes to the Gloucester Road bus stop. Getting around was always easy and hassle-free. Full marks for the location! Exceptional hosts—highly recommended!

My stay at Russ and Elaine’s cottage was so lovely! I was welcomed by Elaine’s home baked scones, with clotted cream and apricot jam, and lovely fresh fruits. Sure delightful after a 9 hour flight from Canada! Russ checked in regularly to hear if I needed anything. The fridge was stocked to the brim, with quality food and drinks. The pantry shelf was also stacked with lots of wonderful snacks. No need to go grocery shopping, right away! Everything I needed was right there. Even a bottle of nice, crisp, white wine! The cottage is private from their home, and there is also a lovely little garden nook, with your own private sitting area, outside. I will definitely return here, if I come to London again. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Fabulous 5 Bed House in London Borough of Kingston

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights with a few friends and their kids. We occupied the 5 rooms. The house had soul and felt cozy. Lots of quirky decorations and treasures that the kids were keen to explore. The house had everything we wanted for a nice get together in terms of kitchen equipment, space and facilities. David was extremely responsive when we asked question and everything was taken care of before our stay anyway. The house was squeaky clean, spacious and welcoming. It is 10 to 15 minute walk from the station. Hampton Court and Richmond Park are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this house if you want to stay a bit outside Central London while still being close enough for a day trip.
