Heaven Inn Devon “the cozy”

Cozy, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment, with its own entry in a 130 year old historic home. The space where this apartment is located was originally a woodworking shop for the owner of the home. It’s been converted to living space for several years now. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge Security cameras are located on all exterior doors of our property Parking for one vehicle only We have a cafe serving coffee, tea, espresso, sandwiches and baked goods located at the front of the building.

Retro Nest

Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Indigo Inn

Spend a night, a week, or a month at this self-contained apartment unit in downtown Fredericton. Newly constructed and tastefully decorated, this comfy haven features a large living space with sectional sofa, 65" TV, electric fireplace, wet bar with sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, bar table and stools, and a pool table. The bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, lots of storage, and a 40" TV. Gorgeous bath features a tub/shower combo, large vanity, and toilet.

Walking distance to all you will need from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, art centers & galleries, Sip & Paint, game stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor store, ATM machines, and much more! The nearby walking trails will help you discover Wilmot Park, Officer Square, Boyce Farmers Market (on George St), the Garrison Market and the majestic Walking Bridge over the Wolastoq River.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Easy access to and from the highway and close to downtown. Very quiet with brand new furnishings for you to enjoy. Beautiful walkway to private entrance. Across from O'dell Park with stunning trails to enjoy. Off street parking.

River’s Edge Cottage

Enjoy your stay in a very serene luxurious cottage nestled on the edge of the Saint John river. You are just outside of the city enough to relax but close to shopping, dinning and entertainment offered in town. The house sleeps nine people, has two full washrooms and a beautiful deck for enjoying a meal or watching the sunset. If you are looking for a quiet retreat this is the perfect place.

Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this upper level two bedroom unit located in a family friendly centrally located home. Two generously sized bedrooms with smart TVs and queen beds offer a comfortable nights rest. The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a 50” Smart TV, a separate desk for working and a fireplace for ambiance (not functioning).
