Apartment: Very quiet apartment, first floor in renovated rebuilt factory with a beautiful inner courtyard with look at the old Villa. The apartment has a separate entrance in the west wing of a factory redeveloped in 2001 in the center of Berlin. The base is approx. 28 sqm. The ceiling height amounts to 3,20/3,25 m. By the 1.6 m wide and up to 2.5 m high windows the apartment is very bright. It is tastefully furnished. In two comfortable cocktail armchairs you can relaxe well after impressive town inspections . The double bed is equipped with a very good latex mattress. The shower is dimensioned generously. Toilet and basins are high-quality products of Villeroy & Boch and Keramac, Grohe's fittings. For self-sufficiency there are a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water and egg boiler. Cable-TV and radio are available. Surroundings: Despite the extremely quiet location, you are reaching on foot at the Potsdamer-Platz or at the subway or bus-station in 5 minutes. It is available for approaching supply (bakery, goods of the daily need or pharmacy) in the Potsdamer-Strasse or Potsdamer-Platz. Bars, discos and restaurants are at the Potsdamer-Platz and all around around the Potsdamer-Strasse. This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.
