Beachfront holiday rental in New Providence

this was a great accommodation for my monthly stay in Nassau. the location was convenient, the rooms were neat and clean (very large bathroom)! and the complementary car was needed and appreciated. there are surrounding rooms on the property that are cleaned on a rotating basis, so there is movement and energy on the property during the day sometimes. otherwise, peaceful and perfect to spend time outside around the garden. the kitchen was a tad small in this unit since I was cooking often, however all appliances (cooking plate and fridge) were very appreciated. lastly, the cost of the car is an investment (as mandatory insurance is needed). budget accordingly. Megan and the property manager are welcoming, caring, and responsive and I thank you for a great stay.

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect, the space was clean and comfortable, and Megan’s communication was excellent. Having a rental car made getting around easy, and the airport pickup/drop-off was super convenient. Carmen was very helpful with instructions and local tips. We’d definitely stay here again!

Initially a bit hesitant since the house had no reviews—but it turned out to be a fantastic find! It’s much more spacious than expected and comfortably accommodates 13 people (though some will need to share a bathroom). The open-plan living room and kitchen area was perfect for our group, with plenty of seating, and the outdoor space was ideal in the evenings, offering a lovely view of the garden, pool, and ocean. Surprisingly, the TV had what seemed like over 3,000 channels—we could even watch European soccer, which was a fun bonus (I need that setup at home!). The location is the real highlight: just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything is just minutes away, and we barely needed the car—even though we had one. The pool area was quiet and practically felt private, and the nearby beach, while small, was perfect for our short stay. Overall, the house looks exactly like the photos. We’ll definitely be back—this is a rare gem and a solid 5.

Katarina was an amazing host couldn’t have asked for nicer people to rent from. Very helpful very quick to answer text and due to late flight even allowed a later check out.. Can’t wait to go back and we highly recommend Katarina

We had a very great time in this house. The house is gorgeous, safe and very clean. The location of the house is very approachable, we can walk to almost everywhere in paradise island. We love this place overall, thank you, Kristina!

From the moment of booking, Aurore & Fany were very responsive and proactive about communicating. When I arrived, Fany met me right outside and was very welcoming and helpful. The space was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the neighborhood was so nice. Excellent restaurants within 2 min walking. I also rented a car directly through Aurore which was so convenient. They drop directly to you. Fany was very responsive if I needed anything. There were a couple times when I needed to reach out regarding the space and I was replied to right away and assisted. I would absolutely stay at this location again. Great hosts.

This place was in a great location. We went to several different beaches around the island and did excursions and everything was pretty close by. Definitely take the rental car offer so you aren’t relying on taxis the whole time we enjoyed being able to come and go as we wanted. Parking on the island is easy to find but may want to bring cash for the few places that charge for parking (we only paid for parking in paradise island) Megan and carmine were super friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations. Definitely try the Swiss pastry shop that’s close by! (They’re cash only) also Plan to bring cash so you don’t have to use the atms here there aren’t very many accessible that are close or convenient. You get better deals when buying things with cash. We will definitely be back here in the near future this place was great.

Chauncy's place was a very nice out-of-the-way quiet peaceful place. We really enjoyed the outside space, especially the pool. The pool was a perfect size for a relaxing break in the day. The location was really good for being near most everything needed. Plus, if you rent a car, like we did, it really opens up a lot of different areas of the island that you can get to. The place had everything we needed, the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a very nice size place to enjoy the Bahamas. We will definitely be staying there again, and soon.....

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

Thank you again for having us at the Pineapple Cottage. The accommodations were tucked and nestled in a quiet and peaceful area. Very comfortable, clean and well kept. Highly recommended, nice 3 story house, quite easy access to get it, somewhat private. Waking up to this beautiful view during my stay was amazing, nice pool & beach view.

Stephen was very responsible, any kind of issues he it covered in un expected scenarios, I had seem people just saying as that's the way it is. he helped us with alternative arrangements instantly and backed up with refund just when the ac had issues. I call it top notch customer care and very kind and responsible. I will sure update more on his support post checkout.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! We were next to the Atlantis so we had the best of both worlds. I’d highly recommend it. Linda Tucker

We were staying at this apartment before getting ready to sail for a week, it was the perfect place to stay to relax before our trip on the water. It would also be great for a longer stay as you have all the amenities to use right there at Palm Cay Resort (pool, bar, restaurant, beach, etc.) Additionally, Sandrina was an extremely proactive and responsive host for any and all needs we had during our stay. She strived to make our stay perfect and was both flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We are always looking for quiet, nice places to stay and Ryan’s apartment is number one on our list. It is a luxury apartment with all the top amenities from tissue to towels. We manage homes so traveling gives us opportunities for tips on improving our places. Loved the welcome sign. I’ve looked at this apartment building before. Could imagine how the PH looks. Thanks again Ryan. We loved our stay and enjoyed the gym and pool area. Assigned parking was a great plus, no need to worry about finding parking. Beautiful harbour view also. This place was perfect for our stay. Everything was walkable and had enough privacy where we felt comfortable and at home. Natalia is very responsive and no regrets with booking this condo!

Me and my friends enjoyed the weekend in The Bahamas at Sheena’s place. Close the airport, very convenient as one of my friends had an early flight to the family island. Great restaurants on Bay Street West, just a short drive away. Dino’s Gourmet Conch salad one of the best on Island. Would definitely stay there again.

Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Stay! Everything about my stay was truly amazing! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. What really made this experience outstanding was the host. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, including arranging a ride for my excursion and even to the airport. I also requested an early check-in, and she was more than accommodating. Her hospitality and attention to detail made me feel right at home. If I could give more than 5 stars or a score higher than 10/10, I absolutely would. Thank you so much for everything—you made my trip unforgettable!

Janet’s place was absolutely everything and more! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for my celebration! We wanted a quiet, private, walk out to beach paradise and let me tell you, Janet’s place did not disappoint! It is now my favorite place! Janet herself is sensational!
